In the spring of 2012, I had a pool set up by a contractor that did his best to put up a 18x33 above ground oval pool. The pool was set up and I had a great summer of swimming, but it wasn't good. I had a leaning wall which resulted in a wall plate leaning up and pulling into the liner. Eventually, the liner would have ripped and my pool would have floated away. I called Ann Macias, explained my isssue and she was responsive. She came out saw the work needed to fix the issue and did a great job managing my expectations. She and her crew drained the pool, fixed the wall, put in a new liner, cleaned up the jobsite, installed a pool cove, installed a foam bottom, installed a cracked skimmer in about 10 hours.
