Had I known I was going to pay that much I would've went to a hospital or urgent care center and actually saw a doctor in person instead of FaceTiming one because the doctor that I spoke to was also wrong about what I had. I don't know how they are when you go in but if you're planning on FaceTiming them thinking you're saving money... don't because you're not.

When I arrived at 11:50am for my noon appointment, I waited until 12:30pm and saw three other patients come in after me and get seen before me. When I asked the reception what was up with the "line cutters" she said they had paid for the 'concierge' service. I couldn't continue to wait and had to return to work. So I guess 'concierge' means insurance isn't enough, either you pay up to get the service you had come to expect for 20 years or you are shit out of luck. What a scam.
