I have been misdiagnosed for so many years until I got to him. He discovered I have chrons when I was been treating for Fibromyalgia which I don't have. After my previous visit, my doctor identified a potentially concerning condition and specifically scheduled a follow-up appointment, with blood work required one week beforehand. I followed all instructions, took time out of my schedule, and completed the lab work as requested. Then, just 3 days before the appointment -- over the weekend -- I received a generic text message saying my doctor would not be available and the appointment was canceled. No explanation. No alternative appointment offered. No urgency given despite the medical concern that THEY identified. To make things worse, the message simply told me to call back to reschedule. When I did, I was informed that scheduling could not even be handled over the weekend and that I would need to wait until Monday. So not only did they cancel a medically important follow-up at the last minute, but they also had me complete unnecessary blood work beforehand with no coordination or accountability. This level of disorganization and disregard for patients is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where people are already stressed and worried about their health. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care.
