    This was my first day shopping for a wedding dress. I had 2 prior appointments with 2 other bridal stores that morning, and I wasn't really in love with the dresses I tried on. I found my dream dress here!! Service - I called first, an hour and a half prior to closing and they were nice enough to have some time for me. (I let them know I knew what style of dress I was looking for). I had Taylor as my consultant. She understood right away what my style was, she was very helpful and understanding about my needs and wants when I tried on dresses. Super sweet girl and made me feel comfortable. Dresses - They literally have every type of wedding dress here! I specifically was looking for an A Line silhouette. I tried on a few, and instantly knew which dress I loved and could see my self getting married in. I got an amazing deal, (it was National Bridal Week) and I also got an extra discount for buying the dress right off the rack! (I was lucky that it was my size!) It was an awesome experience. Thank you!

    This was my 5th....yes FIFTH store I visited to get my wedding dress. Claire assisted me, and she was so welcoming and awesome!! With time ticking and my wedding a little short of 9 months away, I needed to find a dress. I had been hunting an Allure Couture wedding dress down for months. All of the stores who had it on their website no longer carried it. I even asked someone at Anjolique's if they had it & they said they no longer had it. Imagine my surprise when I came in, and Claire already had it pulled for me!! I saved the dress for last, and tried on other dresses and none compared. The sample of my dream dress didn't fit at all, so Claire put it on a mannequin. Then, she suggested my sister try it on and I would have never thought of that!! Definitely one of the best bridal experiences I've had. Top notch service, and fast!! I cannot WAIT to see my dress!! I will say this, I think it would be nice if the business owner responded to the good reviews as well as the bad ones. I only see her combating with people who left one star reviews, but ignoring 4-5 star reviews. To me, that's bad business and a bit rude.

    My wedding is March 10, 2017. It is now February 11. 2017 and the dress I ordered is unsatisfactory to say the very least. I left 20 minutes ago in tears, with no resolution and absolute worst customer service ever. On February 27, 2016 I ordered a Madison James MJ212 gown and veil. The day of was seamless, and I received phenomenal customer service That is the last nice thing I will say about this establishment. Below is my response to owners new comment made on 3/31/17-three weeks after my wedding. (The previous review was made 2/11/17, and had not been updated except to remove a particular managers name): Ma'am I would encourage you not to lie about something as simple and verifiable about what your establishment recommended (which was a size 2), and we both have the same documentation stating such ( i.e. Special Order Bridal Gown Contract and Order Authorization signed 02/27/2017). My wedding has passed, and this matter was allegedly resolved for over a month now. To post a new comment and make false statements, and twits words to make your business look better, while simultaneously calling me a liar will certainly only thwart potential customers away. Yes we received a refund, and it was rightfully so. We had to fight for it, Maria, you did not immediately offer a refund as you are trying to make it seem. Everything that I stated earlier still stands. I would never lie about an experience, nor would I waste my time arguing with an individual, but the manner in which you consistently speak to dissatisfied customers (as anyone can verify throughout Yelp or any other review platform) is completely unacceptable, and disrespectful. This is a matter of principle, and not allowing people or businesses to bully or to belittle my experience. It is a shame after agreeing to resolve the situation, you chose to re-ignite unnecessary drama. Lest I remind you that you attempted to silence your customer (myself) by requesting the following contractual statement: "In accepting this return, I agree that this settles all disputes both now and in the future and that I will not disparage Anjolique or its employees in any way either verbally or in print, including social media." Further your previous message to me (since you chose to copy and paste my BBB filed complaint statement): "Please respond that you are in agreement with the following: Acceptance of refund resolves all disputes with Anjolique Bridal. [manager]'s name will be removed from all Internet and social media comments. Shanel, we want to bring this matter to an immediate close. We are sorry about the problems that occurred with your dress. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness." How sincere... I truly hope this is the last of our correspondence. This is getting tiring. Furthermore, Maria falsely insinuated that ny original Yelp review was out of greed and that I wanted additional monies. I filed the BBB complaint on February 13. The original review was filed Feb 11, 2017. I did not update the review until April and did not receive word of getting a refund until after my father went back and forth with the owner for over a week via telephone. Until I filed the BBB complaint, there was no communication, let alone a mention of refund. Additionally, Maria had claimed that me crying was overreactive and unnecessary and that it was a simple alteration modification to make the dress fit appropriately. Now she is stating that they decided it was deemed unsatisfactory by Anjolique. All of this is verified and documented in the pictures attached, thereby refuting The owner's false accusations. STOP lying on your customers. It is quite unsavory. Respectfully, Shanel P.S. I am adding this additional note on 4/4/16 9:38 AM since the owner continues to bend the truth/respond to my commentary: 1. While the owner was there for my fitting, she did not verbally (or in print) suggest I order a size 4. My planner from Beyond the Veil Wedding Services and Events recommended I order a size larger, NOT the owner (who elsewhere at that time), because I was confused as how i could measured at a size 2 when my street clothes are typically a size 6. Thus I ordered a size 4 as a precaution. The attached email confirms that a size 2 was recommended. 2. Let it be clear that I do not "despise" Maria, but that I do not tolerate deceit and disrespect by anyone.

    Yes! Yes! Yes! I LOVE Anjolique's Bridal. When I got engaged and realized the process would begin for finding my wedding dress I didn't know how to even start! It can be overwhelming. I had my dress stores that I was going to visit and decided to make Anjolique's the first stop. I already had others that had purchased here or used their makeup service so I came with high expectations. I must say everyone was very nice, professional and really tried their very best to make the experience enjoyable for me and it was! Maria Josette was the specialist that assisted me. I showed her different dresses that I liked and I did know her which also helped with picking out according to my personality. I didn't want to personally pick out the dresses because they all looked the same and that would have been overwhelming for me so I let her pick them and sure enough!.... Around the third dress I found it! I even cried ! (Smh lol) the dress was perfect. In conclusion my experience here was nothing less than amazing. I love the staff here and the care they took during my process to make the time leading up to my wedding amazing. They also so alterations as well and preservation of your dress after your wedding which I also did!

Without even showing her photos of what I was looking for, Rachel was able to create a beautiful flower crown that was more lush than I imagined it would be. My best friend loved her surprised. I would recommend Rachel, and I will be utilizing her talents again in the future.

I first started with a different coordinator who told me up front that she didn't set up all the decor which is the main reason i went searching else where after talking everything over I was so comfortable and confident in this company. I was very thorough by explaining all of the decor I had purchased for the event. I set things up in my phone and sent pictures as well as discussing and drawing out in person. The day of I also had everything organized into storage boxes labeled as well as everything in the box labeled so that there was no question as to what needed to be done! Decor is everything to me and I spent countless hours for a year planning and searching for everything for my day!! Well needless to say my day was ruined by decor. I had at least 4 boxes that had never been touch or even attempted to be opened. I was at the venue all day as our bridal suite was there prior to getting ready I went out to take a peak multiple times, each time Bryce was walking around talking to the vendors I thought we had plenty of time as she kept assuring us that she didn't need any help. I urged her multiple times prior to the day and the day of to come and get me if she needed anything or needed any help reminding her that helping with the decor would actually be soothing to me. This was never done. My entire wedding party was ready to go and we were waiting on Bryce to finish getting things up. A couple minutes prior to this they were loading decor never opened into the grooms lounge when my groom got my bridesmaids and mother/mother in law and sent them out to set things up because none of it was done. My wedding was delayed because the decor was not set up. The pictures and things we talked about never got accomplished she took it into her own hands to set up things how she felt they should be thrown together. No one wants their wedding day thrown together, if there was issues as I expressed earlier I wish she would have come to someone and asked for help as myself, my wedding party, my mother AND mother in law all tried to help her and she told them she had it under control not to worry until the last moment when they saw she did not. I saw Bryce when I was walking down the aisle after that I saw Bryce two more times the whole night. Thankfully she wrote out a timeline that my band had because they announced everything. As I said I did not see her the whole night. I had multiple people ask me if it was her first wedding including my photographer who knew my vision and was fixing multiple decor pieces of mine as well as helping Bryce and her assistant set everything up the correct way. Throughout the entire night i was noticing things being set up wrong and fixing them or asking Bryce's assistant to fix them for me!!! INSANITY!!!! I don't know where my day went wrong but at this rate I wish I went with another company!!! To make matters worse I brought this attention to Tina she respectfully answered promptly and was very concerned. After speaking with Bryce she informed me that my vision being fully set up wasn't in the contract but because of the things that happened to my day she was going to refund me $300.. $300 out of $1,500. She said she believed this was fair. I believe the only person it is fair to is her company. I would have paid double the amount for my wedding to have been set right and to have had my day perfectly. I spent more than $1,500 on the decor that was never even touched in the unopened boxes! The entire thing is very sad to me and the fact that this is the compensation I get is also very disappointing. My wedding day was beautiful and amazing but the credit is not due to this company for that. I pray this doesn't happened to anyone else and am so sad that it happened to me.

However, as time grew closer I decided I didn't want to do the stressful work during our wedding week - I just wanted to focus on our marriage (The goal: wake up married on Sunday, everything else is a bonus). When I first met Tina I knew she was the perfect match for us - making everything look care-free and fun up front but behind the scenes working her booty off to get things done correctly. We (and by "we" I mean "I") had A TON of diy decorations for set up and seriously we don't know how we could have even had a reception if it weren't for Tina and her team -including the surprise Ghostbusters exit with us leaving in the Echo1 car (I'll let her tell you that story). Tina made our week stress-free and relaxed so we could enjoy our time with friends and family - especially on the wedding day! "We" didn't think once about the timeline, decor, or handling any guest issues - just enjoyed the time with my new hubby :) Tina is a superb, delightful, wonderful person to be around. Her planning skills are that of a ninja!! and working with her is like having the sweetest best friend that just happens to keep bringing you wine and confirming you're enjoying your day!
