I've brought my car in a few times to this location and they do great work every time. I also love…read morethat they are completely honest with me and don't try to push services that aren't needed or over charge. Each repair I had made was a very fair price and they typically finish within a day or 2 (for the things I needed anyways). This is my new go-to spot for all my car maintenance now.

E. Wood Local Guide·33 reviews…read moreI brought my toyota rav4 in for an oil change and to check brakes for frequent grinding when coming to a stop. I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

Warning warning !!!! well, it looks like all the reviews that I've been reading similar…read more problem. Took my cars multiple times. And they always had some other problems that maybe pay more money. I went in there the last time I got my brakes done so so-called done. Because I had air in it break puddle was halfway down so I went into Firestone see if they could fix it. Come to find out it was my caliber leak leaking, which had never leaked before so I agreed to cause I want to get it fixed to get it back on the road cause my working car. I left it there. That was my mistake. Hope you will get fixed the right way. And they broke my brake lines and my master cylinder. That they replaced. They had my car for almost a week and three days. That communication sucks there I have to call them. I even had a call to see if my car was done every three days. And then when they told me it was done. Down there to pick it up and had the same problem before they touched it. Didn't have brakes. So I told him he just looked at me and I said OK. I was lucky to get my car back. to drive home break. Even though it was a hazard, they really care about their customer safety. Still no brakes. Just bought the car a week before I took it in. Crazy right!!!!! it looks like to me when they do an inspection on your car they find other things or they break them one or the other I never take my car there ever lost my business and now I know the scam if you read down the reviews, you'll see how they scam other people do not take your car in here they will make you pay for it big time scamming the customers I hope corporate sees this or someone that cares about their customers. So they can see what the game they're playing. Making a Customer pay more.

First, on the phone setting the appointment, this guy sounds like he is absolutely inconvenienced by someone wanting to...pay money for the job they literally exist to do. I arrive for my appointment, no one else is there except me and what I assume is the guy I talked to, a dead eyed 70 something year old who looks and acts like he's one bad day away from putting a g*n in his mouth. Doesn't acknowledge my existence when I enter. Again, he's doing nothing, and no one else is in the building. I say hello, very politely. He glances at me, seems extremely annoyed that anyone exists. Eventually asks what I need. I tell him I have a 10:00 appointment for an inspection. It's 9:55. He says "on what." I tell him what my car is. He gets the odometer reading and we go back in. He does some things, yells at a guy in the shop, then sits back down, staring at his computer. I'm just standing there. I ask if I need to do anything, sign anything... He doesn't even look at me, just says "no." I say great, any estimate on how long it will be? FYI I brought my dog because I couldn't leave him home at the moment. So we planned to walk around for maybe up to 30 minutes. Anyway, his response: "I don't know, whenever he gets to it. Then probably at least an hour." Are you kidding me? Wtf did I make an appointment for if it's going to be "whenever he gets to it"? We're not done, don't worry. We go walk around, in the cold, for an hour, come back. I walk in and he says "oh hey do you have an inspection form?" I'm like...no? No one told my at any point that I need to provide one. "Oh, we can't do it without one." Says he tried to call. I literally gave the same guy my phone number when I set the appointment. No call. Big waste of my life. Never go here. Ever.
