BEWARE: Thermage Package Scam…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience. Drive a little and go into the city! Competitive prices, better customer service, more experienced nurses, and actual doctors! Other places would have definitely honored this for me to win my business. At the very least, please follow through when you say you will call back. ‍

She is an RN and from the moment she started, I was in pain and when Afsheen does it, she is so flawless in her technique, where as here, the technique was blotchy and left my face incredibly swollen and my face looks raw:/ and afterwards, the serum she put on did absolutely nothing to calm the skin down. I have to say hands down, I will never ever go to anyone else to have micro needling or laser done. Afsheen knows her craft and truly has a passion for it and in any service she provides for you, she always exceeds expectations!! This is the text I sent her after I had the service done in GA: Afsheen...I went to go check out a medspa here in GA..it's the one I was talking to you about last year and an RN owns it. I was looking forward to get another appointment but after today.. I was excited as I thought I can at least have a little relaxation from a long day's work. The place looks clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, as I walked through their door, I was unwelcomed by the nasty staff who gave me an "attitude" despite my all smiling face and being sorry as I was aware I came like 15 mins late (who the hell should care, I paid for it). She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining.. She said she was already tired. They have to close at 6 pm; she still has to drive home for two hours; she still has to prepare the equipment , water , etc! omygod! She handed me the forms and I was ready to fill out but she wouldn't stop talking, she pushed my button! So.. to conclude, I still maintained my composure. I didnt want to ruin my day.. I just gracefully leave the forms on the seat and told her " Umm.. Ms.. I think you are very tired today. I should just cancel this. Don't worry, I'm fine.. Have a good evening. I said and I just left the room... disappointing experience.

When I husband brought it in to make my surprise appointments, he was told that they would not honor it. I understand the pricing has increased and my husband even offered to redeem it at 50% of its face value. But he was informed that it was worthless. Very poor customer service, and for a teacher no less. Based on our experience, would NEVER recommend!

The lockers and rest areas are beautifully appointed with excellent service and fabulous estheticians. When traveling. or visiting friends, I will occasionally get a spa service with them. None stack up to Amenity. I drive 40 minutes to Amenity, but it is definately worth the drive.
