While I was annoyed to have to provide my info to get a quote for my home (and to provide my phone number as I assumed they'd call me and try to sell me things), I was happy to see that they respected my request for e-mail contact only. Within a day, I had arranged a time for a team to come two days later and clean only two rooms of my house (as requested by me). The contact, Jay, was super friendly and pleasant to work with without being pushy at all. He told me what they could do, an estimate of how long it would take, and told me ways to accomplish it. The day it was scheduled, I requested the team to come as close to noon as possible. While the company generally works in morning or afternoon time frames (as in, "will show up between 8am and noon" or "will show up between noon and 5pm"), they worked with my request, and the team was here by 12:15. The two women were very friendly, and they set right to work. It was honestly a bit impressive to watch them work. They've gotten cleaning and organizing down to a science. The cleaners went about their business, and as the end of their appointment was coming and they had finished what I wanted, they specifically came up to me and asked what else I'd like done. While I only had scheduled for them to clean the kitchen and bathroom, they also ended up vacuuming and doing some dusting in my living room too. I'm glad to see that they take take the "you hired us for a set time, we'll work the entire time" seriously! Not only that, but the cleaning job they did was pretty awesome. My bathroom looks almost perfect, and the spots that they couldn't get, they said was from hardwater build-up over time and the stains would be able to be cleaned over time if I kept at it with harsh cleansers. Otherwise, everything was great. They offered to take out the garbage and clean some far-up areas that I hadn't cleaned in awhile. Overall, a fantastic experience with Maid Pro - far exceeding my expectations. I'll likely be hiring their services in the future as well.

I was at home during both cleanings and set a timer the 2nd time, to be absolutely sure they were in my house for less than one hour. The CSR refused to credit the overbillings and hung up on me. He stated some nonsense about GPS telling him how long they were cleaning. The work was pretty good, but not worth the price when you're being billed for substantially more time than the cleaners actually work. Terrible customer service.
