A previous Dr at urgent care had declared it was not amenable to drainage & said my options are to leave it be... or have surgery. Was finally contacted in in March after leaving a google review and was promised that the charges would be re-evaluated and that they would call me once they reviewed them. I was told to ignore the bill until that time. I have received no follow-up since but continued to be sent the same unsubstantiated bills for the past two months. Now their billing team has shifted to be third party making it even more difficult to contact someone in the office familiar with my file. Do not recommend.

What Rio Grande Foot and Ankle had given me had actually created more pain and injury to my foot. The Tucson doctor told me I had Morton's Neuroma. The Rio Grande doctor never suggested this issue or what I could do to solve the problem.
