Quick update 0/31- After paying them via my Venmo account a total $225, 1st they reached out to me via text asking g for my payment. Then they sent me an email, I sent them confirmation of the full pay ment of $225 from my Zelle account and bank log. They still weren't happy about my proof, they then said, "oh we see you did submit a payment but we only received $218 vs $225 so you still owe us $7". To me it sounds like an issue on their end, the young man was standing next to me when the payment was sent and verified receipt on his end before driving away. They should have just let the customer be correct and investigate their billing processes. I'm not sure how often this happens but something to be aware of not just with this vendor but any vendor. Perhaps they forgot to remove their processing fee. I sent them the money because it didn't sound like they were going to leave the issue alone but at the same time I want others to be aware in case this has happened to other customers.

He was able to arrange for someone to come out the very same day, which was such a huge relief! The entire process was much easier than I expected. They have an online portal and text notification system, which was really convenient. We received updates throughout the process, and I appreciated not having to constantly call or wonder when someone was going to arrive. The person who came out was professional, efficient, and took care of everything quickly. Most importantly, the problem was finally taken care of and we could stop worrying about the smell and the situation. After dealing with this for several days, we are SO excited to finally be able to breathe fresh air again! After doing some research, I reached out to this company for help. Skyler quickly responded to my request, providing some re-assuring advice. Robert came out the next day. He went up in the attic to perform a thorough inspection. After agreeing to a completely reasonable quote, the team came out to rat proof the attic, closing up all possible entry points and resetting the traps. A few weeks later, the team came back to remove all the old insulation (which was in pretty poor shape.) Due to a big electrical project, (and some ethernet cabling that I wanted to run), I there was a two month delay before we were ready to install the new insulation. A Team Services was totally cool about this... they didn't nag or harass me to schedule the final work. When we were ready, they came out and performed the final cleanup and insulation install. They were even able to do some minor repair on old ductwork that probably saved me a lot of money. So thank you to Skyler, Robert, and the entire crew for helping us with our first home.
