Our experience was GREAT from the minute we walked in. Although young, the engaged staff was attentive and interactive. I was offered a tour of the facility; everything appeared clean, organized & well planned. Their app with access to camper play areas on video is a wonderful way to check in on your pet. I watched his interaction with other dogs and the staff, as well as other play areas and the staff thoroughly cleaning floors/sections when dogs went outside for a time. Now that she's an older dog, she gets bored and lonely so we bring her back. She fell right back in the routine. The establishment send out daily reports with photos to let us know how our dog behaved and what her demeanor was. They offer a variety of services whether boarding overnight or day visits. They've been in business for years. We trust them to take good care of our dogs. They're always sad and exhausted when we pick them up.
