If you have any time of health issues other than run of the mill then go elsewhere or they will eventually let you go. 4 to 5 years of wasted time of a Dr I once thought so much of only to be disappointed and hurt. It's so sad what the health industry almost everywhere has become.

You cannot see a doctor at We Care…read more I see why Dr. Kanwal left the practice. Dr. Qasim "remotely manages her Nurse Practitioners". I REPEAT, YOU CANNOT SEE A DR AT THIS PLACE. They will lie to you and tell you that you are scheduled to visit the doctor, but when you show up, they give you an excuse why you can't see her that time and reschedule you just to do it again. A doctor is not managing this place or the people. So, unless you have something minor going on, don't expect doctor-level care. Don't make the same mistake as me. I went there needing medical attention and got messed around so much, I could have died.

She has PA's care for you, that's ok but I started in April and seen 3 different PA's the first 2 are no longer there. ( not a big surprise) This office is unorganized, unprofessional and uncaring. The only 2 staff that know what they are doing are Tammy and Jessica. The office manager is Dr. Qasim son he is very rude and has no clue how to run an office. I have to chase down the doctor every month for a refill. It takes about 1-2 weeks to get a refill. If you don't contact them to see why your RX hasn't been filled they then either say you need an appointment or a urine test. They have a portal that I guess doesn't work because I had sent messages and still waiting on a response since April. Please stay away this office was not a good choice and she is a MALPRACTICE CASE WAITING TO HAPPEN.

The second and most frustrating is the process to see another doctor. In two instances I've required a referral and even though my insurance doesn't that I have a referral, the office has a "referral coordinator" that handles that. I have waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the dr I was referred to. They still have not received my records and there is nothing I can do but wait. When I called to report my symptoms were worse and to get an update I was told I needed to just wait. As soon as this issue is resolved I will find another pcp. I like Kristen but I need someone who can help me when I need it.

But again our bank says she never even ran it.
