It was a great experience to have pizza straight from the oven and dine in an outdoor, picnic-style setting. The establishment beside the Yaki Jones's Puzza is a heritage home, and a visitor center that's run by the city, which provides a free picnic area for visitors. They even serve free lemonades for the kids. I think this place is a must try, when you're in Merritt.

She tells me the driver has it and will be there within minutes. 25 Minutes later!! I call again and express my opinion on how unacceptable it is, to be, basically, shrugged off by Tat, the woman on the phone. Almost $75 for 2 pizzas, wings and bread. All said and done it was 2 hours and 45 minutes to wait. The driver then told us he carried 1 delivery to vavenby, then to us in blackpool, THEN was going to little fort (hope they like cold food). Either staff up or stop taking orders past a point if you cannot provide good service. Ill be going in to get a FULL refund because at 48 minutes past my kids bedtime and they are still eating, I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay for that. Again, food is always good. But service is garbage. Hire more staff or limit your services accordingly to what you can actually accomplish. We ordered at 5:33 and got our food at 8:20pm. Thats says alot.
