I do, so they recommended the Bangkok thai curry special. It blew me away! Super spicy, but the sweet rice and nice crispy pork perfectly balanced it for me. The best thai food ive ever enjoyed. My fried ghamba and fried pineapple were also very delicious. Also the prices were almost unbelievable. We (3 people) had a 3 course meal concisting mostly of the most expensive options on the menu, and, with drinks, only had to pay 47 euros. Incredible! Highly recommended!

That was a huge mistake. We ordered the spring roll and it was the nastiest thing I ever tasted - salty, cheap ground meat, the skin was soggy and dripping with oil. I knew we were in trouble when they couldn't get a signature appetizer right. We also ordered egg noodle (lo-mein)? and a curry dish. It was not as salty but pretty ho-hum. Yeah.. I never had these "authentic "dishes in Vietnam before. Not sure how the other reviewers think this place is authentic or good. My suggestion is read some of the filtered reviews (they had similar experiences) and avoid this place like the plague.

Don't be afraid to try new things and ask for recommendations-it's a family-run restaurant who will be honest about what dish might work best for you and what to avoid (e.g. if it's too spicy). It was quite an adventure for us as they do not have English menus and the father does not speak English, but his daughter (who also works there) is fluent and helped us a lot with describing dishes and ordering. The restaurant's main room is very clean, open and appealing, but since it was a beautiful evening we wanted to sit on the patio. The patio is essentially right on the street, but the have a nice barrier of small evergreen shrubs, etc. to make it not as noticeable. The service was very good and attentive, and as we had no idea what to order they did a great job of making suggestions of popular items that they thought we would enjoy. The food came fairly quickly, and it was beautifully presented with flowers on each plate, attractive arrangements, etc. You almost didn't want to eat it and disturb how pretty it was! The food came out nice and hot (steaming in some cases) and was unbelievably delicious!! We scarfed up everything put in front of us, and were satisfied with every bite. You can tell it is a local favorite as we were there mid-week and all the seats were quickly filled. We were so full from dinner that we decided not to indulge in dessert, but when they brought us the check it was presented with a beautifully sliced orange. It was simple, and very juicy, and the perfect ending to our enjoyable evening. I am very glad we decided to make this stop, and wish we could go again!
