That dish looked microwave heated due to the over cooked pattern the sauce arrived in. The Italian bread was just regular store bought bread with butter, garlic and some herbs. The lasagna had two layers and all the cheese needed to mask the mediocre flavor. I never enjoy being put in the position of having to trash a business.
