We have been trying to get our puppy's hair cut for the last few months, but another groomer we took her to wouldn't do full body haircuts since she was so young and not used to scissors. We really needed a good reset since she was so overgrown and matted after having to wear a donut AND cone after getting fixed. We didn't expect it to look even or the prettiest (she needed to get cut so short and had some patches we knew needed to be shaved off completely), but when they brought her out at the end of the appointment, I thought she looked ADORABLE. She took the time to work with our dog that everyone else deemed to be aggressive. Teddy is her favorite and we no longer use the muzzle with her. Shannon is great! My dogs love her. We tried Angie's after being unable to get into our normal groomer in downtown Franklin. Everyone at Angie's is so nice and willing to listen to what you what for your dog. We have an older Havanese and he's very nervous so their quick turnaround was important to us. We did not want to leave him all day. I wouldn't recommend bringing a small dog here. Her overall cut was fine however they nicked my dog pretty bad on the leg. Aside from that, they missed quite a bit of fur on my dog's ears that noticeably stuck out and the back of her head was very choppy. Very much not worth the $70 I paid. The employees were very nice though, but it seems like they're more suited for taking care of big dogs. read more

I thought this place did a great job on my 10 year old Shihtu Maltese. He was long and matted and really needed a groom. They were able to get me in and he looked and smelled great when I picked him up. I was a little disappointed after picking up my doodle and seeing that they trimmed his beautiful long eyelashes off especially considering the fact I told them to only trim in those tidy places. His mats weren't brushed out all the way either. The reason I give it four stars is because they were easier to schedule an appointment with. Just make sure you're very specific about what to and what not to trim if you take your dog here. read more

I have an 127 lb Anatolian Shepherd that needed a bath, nails trimmed and most importantly deshedding. I arrived at Angie's and we were warmly welcomed immediately, my dog was completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. They did a spectacular job on deshedding his heavy coat and nails. Really unhappy with the service. I had my puppy in for his first haircut and he came home looking like he hadn't been touched. I paid $45 only for his paw pads to be trimmed and nails cut and to be told that they couldn't do anything else because he was wiggling. He was still Wet from tbe bath when I picked him up and his body and head weren't touched and he looks just as scraggly as when I dropped him off. I called to try and work it out with the business and was told that was standard pricing for what they did and they were sorry I wasn't happy with it. Really disappointed. I tried to go to a small business and support instead of PetSmart or a big chain groomer, but I've gotten better haircuts from Petsmart. read more
