So grateful to have been referred to Angie. I have lived here for 1.5 years and & finding a really good groomer has been a challenge. A caring environment that does not take on more than they can handle in a day. So you do not have to worry about your babes being stuck in a kennel awaiting their turn. Excellent communication. Perfection on the de-shed of my precious husky mix Cloee.

Angie and her whole staff are THE BEST! They've been grooming my fur family for many years and we've always had the best experiences! My furbabies are safe with her and I know she loves them and will take great care of them. She's groomed my 150lb great pyr down to my rag doll cat, and everything in between and we've had nothing but perfection!

We tried Angie's after being unable to get into our normal groomer in downtown Franklin. Everyone at Angie's is so nice and willing to listen to what you what for your dog. We have an older Havanese and he's very nervous so their quick turnaround was important to us. We did not want to leave him all day. My mom was visiting with her Havanese puppy last week and tried Angie's. She was very very specific with her cut ideas and they fulfilled her request perfectly.

    Choppy, unblended hair

I wouldn't recommend bringing a small dog here. Her overall cut was fine however they nicked my dog pretty bad on the leg. Aside from that, they missed quite a bit of fur on my dog's ears that noticeably stuck out and the back of her head was very choppy. Very much not worth the $70 I paid. The employees were very nice though, but it seems like they're more suited for taking care of big dogs.

I was given a $35 credit from the owner. I would hope that the check in/out staff would be better trained in customer service.

Sometimes they call at 1pm, but usually it is after 3pm. I recently also started sending my long-haired dachshund. I always feel bad about it when they go because when they come home, they run to their bowl and guzzle water. It's a full day ordeal. Well, today, I drop them off a few minutes before the designated "appointment" time, 10 AM. I realized at 12:45 I needed to get them before 2pm but thought that should be doable. So I called asking if they'd be ready by 1:45 (almost FOUR HOURS AFTER I DROPPED THEM!). Attendant said no. They had another dog in front of them for grooming. So they had been there almost 3 hours and had been bathed. I said fine I can't wait until 3 (again, 5 hours there!) so I'll just come get them..."what do I owe for the TWO BATHS". I understand they just aren't done yet. They said $183!!! (I pay $210 for full grooming!) I said surely there's some mistake, there's no way I'm paying $183 for two baths. Attendant said I could speak with the manager when I arrived. (They had no intention of yielding on this.) So because I cannot wait the full *five hours* for them to finish the appointment that I set for 10 AM they are charging me $183 to retrieve my dogs after two baths. Take that for what you will. I find it completely unacceptable. Because I find it best to not walk back in there with how I now feel about them at this point, my husband called back and told them to please finish the grooming job and he will pick them up later. For that the charge is $210. I will never recommend this place to anyone

They always seem to get right any grooming requests we have, especially with our geriatric dog that recently passed. They are also extremely thoughtful, giving us a sympathy card with individual messages from the staff members. They also custom made Christmas ornaments with shih tzus names on them. These folks go above and beyond a professional service. We are so blessed to have such a great pet grooming salon right here in Spring Hill. Thanks Haute Dogge for everything you do for our beloved pets.

We wanted just a short trim, just a touch up. We asked for a specific guard size, and described how he just needed his coat evened out. The gentlemen decided to tell us what we would prefer and his recommendation. Though we didn't ask for it. We politely thanked him for his input, then insisted we wanted to keep his coat longer. As well our golden was 3 1/2 weeks out of neutered surgery, his incision was far enough closed that our vet said we could take him to be groomed and bathed. However, we were keeping the soft cone on as it was keeping him from agitating the area. We asked it stay on, and the gentlemen then lectured us how he doesn't muzzle dogs and he thinks cones are malicious. you're a dog groomer that I'm paying, you're not my vet not licensed as a vet and I personally don't care how you choose to take care of your animals. It's not your place to lecture us on how we care for our animal! When we picked our pup up, he was shaven. Even had bald patches on his belly where the cut was terribly uneven. The worst part of it all. His whiskers were shaven down. (Golden retrievers whiskers should never be cut. They still haven't grown back!) My dog was scared, he had been kept in a crate in the back. To top it all off, I had to ask for the soft cone back. As they never had it on him while he was there. it was kept on the counter- unmarked. I had to describe it so the teenager at checkout could go find it and grab it for us. They lost 2 dog customers that visit. Our pup will never go back, as well my in-laws down the street have agreed they are not taking their cane corso/ Great Dane back. Ownership or management must have changed, it use to be such a nice place. Our dog is our family, it's my son. I don't need to be lectured on how to take care of him. That's between our vet and our family. If I choose a haircut, that doesn't mean chose your own instead. Lastly, if I tell you how best to care for my animal, the last thing you do is chose your own path. Irresponsible, careless, rude, unprofessional. You all can kiss my ass. If you love your animal as we do, don't take them there. My reviews are all honest, and I never leave bad feedback. This was truly terrible. I had to speak up.
