I have always been extremely satisfied by her work and always left the salon feeling so pretty! From the way she washes your hair to the final product, every step of the way she does a great job! She goes above and beyond for her clients, has excellent communication with her clients and even if you don't know her, she will make you feel like a friend. When she is busy she will never make you wait long or always put in the extra time to fit you in for a last minute appointment. I used to think getting my hair done was a chore, especially when I had to be there for hours, but not with Michelle! She makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and listens to you so getting your hair done is not a drag! I 10/10 recommend Michelle and I will miss her so much!

My friend is the AVERAGE size of an American girl which is exactly why we loved Love and Lace Bridal just so much. She had SO many different dresses to try on. Ones that she imagined herself in, ones that she tried on for the heck of it, and THE ONE. She went with a STUNNING dove gray, and white dress and looked like an absolutely movie star. I have not seen her THIS CONFIDENT in years. She made me cry! Kelly made us feel like we had the entire place to ourselves, and as much time as we needed. Because we didn't find a dress in the first 30 minutes she became frustrated . Heck, you were our first stop lady but we were pressured and went with the dress. Thank God for a good seamstress to make the dress perfect. Still have a bitter taste in my mouth since 2019 from your lack of genuine hospitality. Note to add, my other daughter got her dress somewhere else. She didn't like you either.
