To make matters worse, he said he thought we were going to the airport because that what was said on the phone when the request for the cab was made. This was a lie as he never asked me where I was going. He said it would be either $25 or $45 since he missed a potential pickup at the airport as we weren't going there. Tried to call it even with us at $21.00. I gave him a $20 as I didn't have any smaller bills. I would've given $15.00 if I had a 10 and a 5. Will never call this unprofessional business again.

I then called 3 more times and they didn't answer. Then, I used a different phone to call them and they answered immediately. I said "I need to get back a lost wallet," and they hung up.
