At the end of 5 hours, the team informed us that they would need an extra $150 to clean the master bath. Actually, they cleaned the rest of the house and never even started the master. The team did a good job with the rest of the house. The issue is that the business model is not ethical or fair. You don't ask for approval for extra hours to clean a master bath and then leave it for last, never clean it, and ask for even more time to finish.
