With honor and finesse she got me to "part with" (sometimes just relocating) cherished supplies and projects that were no longer serving me - just getting in my way and create a working space where actual work could get done! The effects of working with her last long after the hours we spent together. My to do list always gave me anxiety but Amy talked me through things in a caring and very to the point way --she was great with ideas and strategies for my daily routine. We worked on a schedule for me, and I was able to utilize hours in the day in a much more productive way than before. I definitely formed better time management and health habits working with her. Being productive feels so much better than overwhelmed and out of time all the time! So happy I got to work with her.

( ok to laugh but it is a recurrent and very challenging theme) I Save piles of paper and cant seem to file them anywhere. I have tried many times on my own but have been unsuccessful! At tax time i want someone to knock me out until June so i dont have to face my paper mounds. It cost me $$$ as Every year i pay my tax man extra to file an extension so i have more months to try and get my taxes organized. Beyond stressful! Further, Its gotten so bad that i sometimes buy a second copy of a book because i cant find the first one. Gosh! So , Im not a hoarder yet. But could be if i dont find some type of system! Enter Serena !! Yeah!! She has an easy to use file folder system and God knows she is so patient , gentle and non judgemental in working towards a solution that will work for me! Shes busy and She could charge alot more ( i paid more in Silicon Valley) but keeps her rates affordable so she can help those in need! Please appreciate her! She doesn't stop, and I don't know where she finds the energy. I worked with Serena for a year and a half when my parents began their downsizing journey from a 4500 sq ft home, to an 1800 sq ft cottage. They had a huge attic, garage, and garden, also filled with stuff. (It was all GOOD stuff, too! Just ask my mom!) Serena is grace and kindness and thoughtfulness all rolled into one. She was so careful with my moms feelings and requests. She has the patience of a Saint. She was present and mindful with every step. She ended up helping me drive them from cambria to San Diego in 2 vans with 2 cats and my parents. She then drove alll the way back to cambria to meet the moving trucks and prepare for the estate sale that followed. She then came BACK to move my parents into their new home, unpacked every box and put everything away and even hung the art and pictures. Her last act was to get my dad out of the storage unit he thought he would have to pay for forever by brilliantly organizing shelving in the new garage. We could have NEVER NEVER NEVER done this without her help. She is worth every penny. I hope you are lucky enough to utilize her talents.

Full review: My house has been accumulating clutter for the past several years and it was just continually grating on me, but was too much for me to manage on my own while working full time. I started a search and found Laura Jean. I was skeptical at first; what if all the reviews were just friends helping her out (you know)? I decided to approach cautiously and purchased a single 4-hour session to test her out. Laura Jean showed up on time, was professional and entirely non-judgmental about the state of our house as well as the contents. Additionally, she showed up prepared with garbage bags, insights, and all sorts of other tools. We were able to tackle all of our linen closet plus most of our master bedroom. It was such a huge relief to have space and some order brought into our space. Shortly thereafter, I purchased her 24-hour package so we could complete tackling the other areas in our home. Through an additional 3 visits, we have completely tackled our master closet, master bath, and my previously over-filled and chaotic pantry. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it feels to be able to walk fully into the closet and have everything tidy instead of random clothes and papers everywhere. A similar sentiment for our pantry. Even my husband, who tends not to care about the chaos, was thrilled and is happy to help keep the spaces organized and keep the work going. I know I have many more sessions with Laura Jean, but wanted to take the time to share with you all. She neatly filed and organized thousands of buttons, ribbon, trim, fabric, sketches and paperwork. It was amazing! Every time I moved which was quite frequent she helped me get set up. Now that I have children, purging and reorganizing as they grow as become a constant. She is my go to! Not only is she a great organizer but her aesthetics are impecable! She will not only have you clean and organized, she makes everything look great! This month is just helped overhaul our house once more. I feel like I'm in a whole new redecorated house and didn't have to spend a cent on new furnishings. It is so nice to open a closet and have it no only look good inside but have everything organized and no unneeded crap falling out. Highly recommend her! She is a sweet lovely person and great at her job!

Sarah responded immediately and was so kind and reassuring, I knew I had the right person. Fortunately we were able to immediately schedule an appointment . She and Melissa arrived punctually at 11:00 and the process began. They were both so kind, compassionate and sensitive and when it became overwhelming we took needed breaks while they kept working. They let you help as little or as much as you'd like. Hard to believe but by 5:00 pm the garage was completely organized and usable ! I love these ladies and hope to be able to use them again !!
