One of the Case Managers violated HIPPA with regard to my elderly mother's care. Ms Denson added insult to the circumstance when she tried to pacify and patronize me with careless laughter regarding my concerns. Her team was careless in patient documentation, and didn't communicate well with regard to home visits for physical therapy and nursing care. The staff is not only unprofessional, they lack the empathy and compassion that is detrimental in home care.
