I've often called ahead to see how much of something they had on hand (if I was going to/throwing a big party) and they are always happy to set a quantity aside for me until I get there. If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service! There's on site parking, which is a HUGE bonus, especially in that area. Sometimes the clientele is a little bit sketchy, but that's part of why I go there. Entertainment! ;)
