It was a pleasure working with them. They even agreed to stop by the leasing office and move the 25 boxes I had mailed from Alaska to San Angelo and bring them to my apartment. I paid for the transaction via credit card after the move was completed. The movers moved everything 1.5 hour earlier than anticipated. I was however, a little annoyed with the owner, the person who works in the office when I told her what I wanted moved and how many hours I was willing to pay for the move. She seemed to think I would need more hours to pay for the move. For me, it was not debatable and in fact, Mondo and his crew finished as quickly as possible.

We messaged him, called him, then he blocked all of our numbers, Made only excuses said he would send us a contact saying that he would pay to have it fixed, then 5 days later hasn't sent anything then said he isn't going to sign anything because he doesn't know if the damage was done before the move then told us that it was a side gig even though we called during business hours and he came during business hours, and he told us that he brought "Random people from Home Depot that needed work" he never notified that this wasn't his business, nor that he wasn't bringing professional help. We are suing for damages. He would not give Insurance, an email, and blocked the numbers. He told us that he didn't sign a contract even though we have Verbal and text messages which is a contract. I highly doubt he has insurance because he refused to hand it over but we will find that out in court. We had more blankets and were extremely thick that they didn't use.
