He even still does house calls, in this day & age. (For the elderly & homebound). Dr haluska is very patient, he takes the time to listen to your foot issues. Then takes the time to explain his course of action. He's not like most doctors today who just just treat the problem. He tries to find out the cause of the problem & works from there on a treatment. I just got my orthotics today, he works w/u until your orthotics are perfect for you. I even took my son to him bc his feet were bothering him. He knew exactly what was wrong & helped him. Dr haluska told me that he doesn't get a lot of kids as patients but he should. It would save kids lots of problems w/their feet in the future if they were treated properly when young. I highly recommend dr haluska. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for years, this is the first real relief I had in a long time.

He asked a few probing questions and sent me for a Lyme disease test. It was positive. Then just recently while my husband was getting his nails trimmed he noticed his foot and leg was swollen. He immediately made arrangements for him to go get an ultrasound. He had a large blood clot that if left untreated could have caused a stroke, heart attack or pulmonary embolism. He saved his life by being observant. He cares about his patients. He treated me for plantar fasciitis and his level of knowledge is superb. He changed my view on podiatrists. Had he just told him maybe you need to get the swollen leg checked my husband would have just thought it was from the heat, left and not done anything until he had either a stroke or heart attack. But Dr Stickley called Fern Hill and ordered the test and made the appointment. Can't say enough about this great Dr. He's treated me for my many foot problems as well. Great, caring Dr.
