The pharmacy notified me they couldn't fill the prescription till the physician (Dr. Wangsness) completed an authorization request. The pharmacy faxed it (more than 6 times over the weeks) as did my Insurance provider as the apathetic office staff informed me both their fax and back up jams up and it was my responsibility to get the form to them (Pharmacy and Insurer will not provide the form to patients). It got to the point I called the office to confirm either fax was on before starting the time consuming process of calling the pharmacy and insurer to be put on hold and transferred. I guess the office staff was tired or picking up the phone when I called and a second prescription was called in to replace the first. Trouble is, no directions for use were provided; the pharmacy attempted multiple calls and faxes to alter the physician and they received no response. So, weeks later, still no prescription and the ONLY way to get the prescription I need is to pay another $115 to go in the office and get a written prescription. I work in healthcare; this behavior is unacceptable. I can only hope staff involved are lucky enough to receive similar treatment for their healthcare needs; perhaps that might provide an iota of empathy for what their patients go through. If you are thinking of using this office, I strongly urge you to think again.

She is bright, friendly and seems to truly care about getting me seen as soon as practical. She's very understanding and compassionate about the last minute changes in appointments I've had to make and I am so grateful to her. Well done! Dr Rose is a Godsend. My foot problems are very painful and she makes it all better almost instantly. A dancer for nearly a decade in Las Vegas (in high heels), a RN for another 2 decades and now a server in Media at a very popular bar/restaurant, my "Yabba-Dabba-Doo" feet have taken a beating. Callouses, corns, nail fungus... she makes it all better. The show must go on...and it does because of Dr. Rose. Thank you.

I visited this practice 6 months ago so that one of the doctors could take a look at one of my toes. I had previously had an issue with another toe, and I thought maybe another one was coming down with the same issue. He looked at the toe, gave me the all clear, and offered to trim my nails since I'd recently undergone hip surgery and had a hard time reaching my nails to trim them. A few weeks later, I received a bill for this visit. MY share of the services, after my insurance paid its portion, was $177.42. I knew there had to be a mistake...$177 for a toe trim and a 5-minute visit?? I called and was told someone would return my call. When they didn't, a week later I called again and was told the doctor said he had performed a nail plate avulsion, which I've since found out would have required a needle and the removal of all or some of my nail. I offered to take a photo of my nail or to come to the office to show them that I still had my nail and it was never removed. I was told that wouldn't be necessary and they'd check with the doctor again. Again I was told that the doctor did in fact perform this "procedure". I'd like to think that they confused me with another patient and they aren't trying to scam Medicare. My new doctor told me that he can see that my toe nail was never fully or partially removed. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to or recommend this practice to anyone.

I entered the side entrance which a sign at the front of the house/business will direct you. Nevertheless when I entered there was another patient in the small five seat waiting room. So come alone since space is limited. There was no receptionist in the area patients are expected to sign in so no welcome or greeting ever occurred. Hmmmm. That's unprofessional to never come out to tell the patients you'll be with us shortly. I have another appointment at 10:30 & this untimeliness I am witnessing and experiencing concerns me. It 9:11 am and still no person has come out to greet the now four patients. I'm assuming his is a norm and I should just be patient. I'm thinking this is a very personal doctor as I can hear him consult another patient. I hope so because I want the same treatment once my appointment is acknowledged. I really hope this man who was here at 8:30 am is not before me perhaps a walk-in idk but if he has an appointment I'm in trouble. Ohk so the man here just told me the receptionist never came. Doctor Goldstein could sense my anxiety over having to have my toe numbed and he offered me a stress ball and kept my mind off of it with conversation. He did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire removal process. I highly recommend coming here if you have any foot issues!!

On the day of my appointment Dr. Canzanese explained things very clearly to me and pointed out all sorts of things on my x-rays (which they took immediately - how convenient). She made me an insert for my shoe while I was there and gave me a recommendation for a product to use on my foot in addition to the insert. I really have nothing bad to say here. The staff are nice and fast, parking is convenient, and they have the ability to address many concerns on-site during the time of your appointment.

I was all for it and he wrapped a padding around my foot that would mimic the effects of an orthotic. I took a couple of steps with the wrapping around my foot and it made my foot pain worse than without it. However, this isn't why I'm leaving this one star review. The way Dr. D'Ortone's demeanor changed after I responded negatively to the orthotic was appalling. He questioned, "Why are you wasting my time?", "Do you even have pain in your foot?" I hope Dr. D'Ortone reads this message and strives to understand and listen to his patient's concerns instead of jumping to conclusions and gaslighting them. One good thing about this practice is that the receptionist was very pleasant and understanding. Perhaps Dr. D'Ortone could learn a thing or two from her.

I was able to find this practice online and within 2 hours I had my surgery set up 10 days later and they took care of everything and I've been on the mend since. Dr mark Capuzzi & his team have been nothing but absolutely fantastic. When I called they answered questions and even when I texted them they responded within an hour. I've been extremely lucky to have very limited pain and my bunion it was very bad & I also had arthritis so doc fixed it up cleaned out the arthritic area and I only needed the pain meds for 5 days. I would highly recommend this practice and especially Dr Capuzzi.
