Fawcett is by far the best podiatrist that I have ever visited. He takes his time to explain to you each step that he is taking during your medical visit. I appreciate the time that he took with me and also my husband just mentioned in passing that he had a problem with his foot and dr. Fawcett immediately told him let me look at that without any charge or copay. Dr. Fawcett reminds you of the old school doctors because he is a senior citizen but he is by far the best podiatrist you could ever select. The front office is sub par at best as far as I am concerned. Not like when I had right hip replacement done. I call and leave messages but, don't get a call back. I feel like his office staff has a problem with not relaying messages. If Dr. Quinby was not such a really good Dr. I would get someone else to repair my fractured Tibia because of the aggrevation of trying to deal with his office staff. I can and do highly recommend Dr. S. Quinby to all my friends and family but, be forewarned you may have problems with his unprofessional office staff.
