I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

From the start of the whole process was a detailed quote and information on how the survey would be done, the timeframe and a cost breakdown. The cost was extremely competitive and well worth it! Before they came out, I was notified and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I went to talk to the crew (even during the pandemic) and they were nothing but professional. I'm a bit of a geek so I was asking a bunch of questions how this works and they spent the time to give me an education on the buried re-bar, how they coordinate the technical aspects of the survey with their home office. It was honestly fascinating and I appreciated the time they spent with me. As far as the work went, they did a fantastic job, the put the stake line where I asked them to, gave me a tour of where my property corners were and asked if I had any more questions.
