You will not be disappointed. I am high maintenance. I am picky about who I work with. I am skeptical about putting trust into a stranger that is working on my highly sensitive and difficult skin. I am HONESTLY impressed with JO. She is remarkable! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, thorough, honest, direct and very personable. We talked the entire session. I was there for almost 2 hours. I came in to try a micro-needling. The price was good for a first time Groupon micro-needling session and I was skeptical because it was $100. Jo came in and saw me, informed me of what the procedure would entail, was thorough, she took her time, looked at my skin, gave extractions, numbing cream, gave me a sheet mask after the micro-needling procedure and a calming cooling device, did NOT upsell her products, and gave me a sheet mask to take home for free. I am scheduling for another one in 4 weeks. I just told all my girlfriends about her because she is just lovely My skin is much less red today and looks dewy. I purchased a stem cell serum to take home and I am pleased with this service. I highly highly highly recommend seeing and experiencing JO first hand. She is passionate about what she does.

When I showed up, the owner warmly greeted me. She was doing a manicure on a client. I informed her I had just booked an appointment through ClassPass. I was told not to book two appointments at a time as it is confusing. I was asked if I could wait about 30-45 minutes because it was only two individuals working. Both individuals had clients. I informed the owner of my timeline, and she said it was possible. Once the owner finished with the client, she took me for my no polish manicure. I apparently have a lot of skin. She took her time to remove the excess skins, but I was cut. The owner did my pedicure and removed my calluses (she said ooh after feeling my calluses LOL. Unlike most places who use a throwaway plastic to align the foot bath, that is not the case there. My toe nails looked good. I had to cut some of the service out as I had a time crunch. If you have the time required, it's a good place to get a manicure and pedicure. If I am in the area, I would go back minus the small cuts. I would also bring my own manicure set to use.
