I assumed the treatment rooms would be quite small however i was pleasantly surprised to find that they were a very decent size! My therapist Hannah, was lovely and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, which was amazing, i could really feel the difference....it did get quite painful at one point as i had ALOT of knots in my shoulders but she got them all out and my back felt so much looser afterwards, so she did a brilliant job! Next i had a facial which made my skin feel really fresh and soft and. I was very impressed that Hannah was very knowledgeable, i assumed i had a few whiteheads on my face, she told me straight away its Milia and its very common and how to get rid of them. Lastly i had a manicure and polish, they use OPI polish and there was a good selection of colors available, so its almost been a week now and only minor chips on the tips of a few nails. Hannah told me to take my car keys out before she put the polish on, after the polish was applied she passed me my keys and put my bag on my shoulder for me so that my nails wouldn't get ruined, which was very sweet of her. All in all it was a fabulous experience, and I've found my new local masseuse. Can't find any fault, or negative things to say , so five stars it is!

She is chatty and friendly and good at what she does. My only niggle was that the room was quite cold... and when you're having to remove layers of clothes and lie on a bed with just a blanket over, raising the room temperature is a must! The heater in the room didn't cut the mustard unfortunately. Still, I pointed this out and was compensated with extra blankets which took the bite off, but the building and the sub-zero temperatures outside was the main cause of the problem. Happy to recommend this place to others in the area and, like the other reviewer said, you have to go into the tanning place and up the stairs to get to this. But call to make an appointment and the rest is a breeze.

She really spent a decent amount of time on each area, and used just the right amount of force. The full body massage really was 'full body' which included feet and neck, as some places don't. She uses base oils rather than almond oils, in case people have nut allergies. Also I was offered a hot drink or glass of water at the end. I know a few people that go here for spray tans as they use the celebrity tanning products which give a golden look. I however, go here to have bits waxed. The girls are very professional and always do it in the quickest, most painless way possible.. although it still hurts! The shop is not huge but it is extremely well kept inside and they have everything needed to make your beauty treatment seem like a little luxurious treat. They obviously do a lot of nails as there was a large choice of varnish colours to pick from. The lady that did both of our pedicures did a brilliant job. We went in with not great looking feet to be honest (more my Mom than me!) and came out with twinkle toes. They have a great knack of ensuring the varnish will withstand anything and lasts a long time. Wonderfully, our feet looked just as great at the end of our break away as they did on the plane out. All for £16 each which we thought was a real bargain. They also provide facials, waxing, tanning, massages and treatments for men.
