How can I not give them 5 stars? I picked out my dress from here! The store isn't overcrowded and makes looking on the rack easy when they've narrowed down the dresses to just those of good designs for value whilst some other places store dresses like an outlet, a good variety of different styles, and great customer service who are very observant on what their client likes or doesn't like so they are able to select more dresses for them to try on. The fitting room is also big with plenty of seating for my family. The dress I ended up picking was slightly off brief but captured the details I liked about other dresses I tried on. For obvious reasons, I'm not posting the dress I picked, but I'm happy to share photos of other dresses I tried on and also update my review once wedding has occured (hopefully better photos by a professional photographer). I was also looking pleasantly surprised by the price for my dress for the amount of detail and embroidery on it, and how easy it is to move in for such a fitted look. All my reviews are standardised to the following star ratings: 1. Customer service I.e. friendly, easy to book, etc. 2. Accessibility I.e. location, decor and scenery, easily assessable or flexible, etc. 3. Work, health and safety I.e. clean, safe, etc. 4.
