They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

The service the day of was phenomenal. Not a single bit of grease or grime left in the place. Kristin and her team got every nook and cranny that there was to clean. She even cleaned the windows, inside the fridge, and in all the closets! The place was immaculate for our moveout. They came with dull saws, forgot their pruner,no safety equipment and did not know how to do the work they said they could do. Squeaky Clean does not have specific skill sets...like knowing one tree from another...to do the work I paid for. they seemed to want to make it right and came and saw the poor work and was apologetic ...but that's it (oh yes, they replaced a birdhouse they broke). Also...confused because the manager who came out kept saying they would have to discuss compensation with the owner....turns out her name is listed as the owner of the LLC! A shady group...

He was very professional and polite. He made sure everything was working. There was a test to run on the dryer to make sure there was no blockage, which at first showed 80% blockage, but after he cleaned it, it showed no blockage at all. He even suggested and put on a cover over the vent to prevent birds (there was a nest) from making a home again. He really had quick service, great upfront pricing, and no surprises.
