In addition to the automated messages from Driverseat's system, Gary contacted me personally to coordinate each leg of the trip, including calling me on the day before my return to Philly to review the pickup process and timing. I will use Driverseat Philadelphia in the future.

The driver was provided my name and number and called me when he was about 15 minutes away. I traveled from Philadelphia to JFK airport with 18 people in my group. We had two vans and a luggage trailer which provided a comfortable ride there and back. The driver provided clear instructions for the return service and even though I was out of the country and 8 hours ahead of the US, I was able to leave a voicemail. When I landed back at JFK I had a voicemail from the driver letting me know that he was there. I wish the process to get through customs and immigration and retrieve luggage was faster because the driver had to wait even longer. We made a rest stop about half way through our journey which allowed people to use the restroom and grab something to drink. I will definitely use Priority Shuttle in the future. Updated 4/9/19: I used Priority Transportation for the second time to take 8 of us from Philadelphia to Newark Airport. Pick-up and drop-off were timely. Our driver Jerry was friendly and the van was nice and clean.

It was about a week's time between when we got the quote and when we decided to book and the staff was super patient with us. This experience was worth every penny. I'd do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

But last night, my girlfriend and I needed a safe ride after a night out. So I called the cab company and they sent one out at 3 am. Deptford and Woodbury are next to each other and should have cost $15 max. The driver, thinking we were drunk, went around every side road and tried to charge us $43. I insisted on paying only $35 since I knew he was being dishonest and even then it was too much. So I called the operator and explained the situation and he gave me a $7 credit on the next ride. Half an hour later, I called again to get a ride home from the diner, they then told me that they did not have any cars. I called BS but there's nothing I can do. AVOID THIS CHEATING COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! Obviously, taking advantage of innocent customers is what they're good at. Call another one like Suburban Taxi, they won't cheat you out of your hard earned money.
