Tammy is very professional, she talks to you about what is going on with you before you even go in the room. I felt like I was the only person in the world who had muscle/body issues. And the experience was unlike any I have ever had. Tammy is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your service. I feel so much better than when I went in. Because I let my problems go for a few months, I will most likely need another session or 2, but I am amazed. Once she gets me up to par, I will go to her on a regular basis. I can't say enough about what a wonderful and healing session this was. She also has a nice clean shop that is nicely decorated, comfortable and with soothing music. She also will give you any tips that she can that you may be interested in.

They supplied cool water to stay hydrated while bathing. There were also loungers you could lay on when you wanted to take a break from the water. I'd love to try the traditional bath house of Buckstaff next time just to see how they differ, but we both really liked our experience at Quapaw! They have add-on services and private baths as well, if sharing the tub isn't your thing.

I was hoping for like beautiful historic flourishes, but there really was nothing like that. The lighting is pretty awful. It's extremely noisy. It's noisy like a video arcade. People end up actually having to yell to hear each other... and they definitely do. And that just ricochets off the inside of the place. Do I appreciate that there is a historic bath that you can go to? Sure. I mean it's in the name of this town. Is it a nice experience? It's OK... If you're going to go check it out bring your own flip-flops or else they charge you an additional seven dollars which makes the entire experience about 50 bucks total. By the time you've paid for parking.....IDK I have absolutely no desire to go back there again.

As of June 18, 2026, I have yet to receive any additional communication from the establishment or any of their staff. I am confident that the owner does a great job with her massages, which is evident in previous reviews, also a deciding factor for my selection of this location. However, my experience with the staff member that was available was not a good one at all and felt like a complete waste of time and money. A simple apology would have spoken volumes. But as you can see, she didn't know what to say and doubled down on that by not saying anything else at all. As an additional side note, I traveled into Hot Springs, from a city about 45 minutes away, specifically for this Thai massage.

The best was experiencing something in the style50s with mineral spring water bath, sitz & vapor. My attendant Latoya was fantastic & sweet. The massage was only 20 mins and ok. Now my boyfriend experienced something a tad different and would have rated the massage a 2. He liked the bath and vapor but the didn't loofah his feet. And he said they didn't do the hot towel wrap just regular bedsheet but cold towel on face and yep he took a nap- lol. His massage was a little odd or different style of tapping and light smacking plus some hip rotation like in PT- weird when he doesn't have hip issues.

Example, sitz bath I felt it was pointless and the hand treatment. Massage was probably the best thing. She was so sweet. I did the deluxe treatment and my husband did the traditional one. Ok so for husband part of his experience he felt like it was okay. He stated that he sat on the block of wood with trickle of water for sitz on his back. No water at all. But mine did. So not sure what happened there. It was an old black gentleman that helped. He laid on a table with a dry sheet and nothing else. I did the same but it was hot towels. Steam box was for 2-3 mins long. Needle shower was broken. Not sure if we would do this again. But please look into this that my husband didn't have a good experience at all.

Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Very good experience overall.
