The reception swaps your shoes out and provides these comfy foam slippers to walk around the spa with. We booked a room for two for just the headspa service, which was nicely lit and smelled amazing with relaxing music. Lily and Tina serviced us, these ladies gave such a wonderful massage and scalp treatment and treated us like royalty. Usually I get pretty anxious and tense when I'm approached with unfamiliar physical contact but they both did an amazing job at setting a relaxing tone. I literally almost fell asleep (and I'm usually ALWAYS on high alert/tense) because it felt so good. THEY WERE GETTING UP IN THERE. Ever heard of that tiktok audio "FUHHH U DIGGIN IN MEEE"? lmao thats literally what kept replaying in my head as she worked my scalp. Everything from the robes, blankets, bed, and products were a 10/10 it was so easy to lose track of time. My friend and I both agreed that hour went by so quick lol! My hair looks and feels amazing after the final blow dry; they used dysons so it wasn't overly hot or loud. Also bonus points for the little snacks and drinks they provided, so cute. Pricing was a breeze and I definitely felt like we got a great deal. They are a new spa however so I'm expecting prices to increase over time but even still now is definitely a great time to book for the value! They also offer other services like a full body massage, foot massage, facials, and RMT massage (double the price because they are licensed massage therapists). Will 100000% be returning and recommending to everyone! TIPS: 1: Parking and entrance is at the VERY BACK of the building. 2: Bring cash!! It's not required (they take tap to pay and card) but it will save you 10% off your total. They have an ATM if you want to pull money. 3: You have the option to receive a headspa treatment with their brand new massage beds for the same price as being on a normal massage bed, but they are very popular and first come first serve so the receptionist recommended calling ahead of time.

The head massage starts with some aromatherapy and deep breathing followed by the head massage. They then wash your hair twice, condition, and rinse it off. Afterwards, you get a shoulder massage. Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I noticed on their website that they mention you might be sharing a room. However, if you don't want to share a room you just have to mention it in your booking. Good to know since I wasn't aware the first time around. Linda made my spa visit very enjoyable that I will definitely book with her in the near future.

I could tell that she was disappointed. I would be, too. The difference is that I'd actually say that I was bummed out. Essential oils run higher in price. I'm probably on a different level. I'm used to cheaper prices on essential oils at Winners. A small bottle of essential oil is $25. The two of us checked out the other oil testers and smelled them. I used to downright dislike anything with musk. The musky oil that we smelled wasn't bad, likely because it had other notes that masked the musk nicely. Diffusers are interesting. I'd like to travel with one because they kind of act like a humidifier, which I often need, especially in the wintertime. The cheapest one started at $78 and went as high as $152. Although these diffusers look classy, I like the minimalistic look of those at Muji. I'm also sure that you are paying for the brand and there are others out there that have the same features at a reduced price. Not everyone can splurge on diffusers and oils here. This store also has hand and body lotions. I tried a citrus-scented hand cream. It was delightful. It absorbed into my skin quickly, and its scent was clean and bright. Again, it's not the cheapest price at $24 for a 75 mL tube. However, if you have the dough and want to splurge, your hand cream world is your oyster. My friend and I thanked the woman and left. I was extremely apologetic and disappointed with their punitive policy. I have been a loyal client and was extremely surprised that I would miss an appointment. I later confirmed through my email that the error was on their end. What's worse, my attempts to clarify via phone and email were met with unresponsiveness. Beware of this salon's unprofessionalism and questionable business practices. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-friendly establishment. Lash extension is a luxury service and these dire economic times, I'm shocked that businesses wouldn't value customers.

It took me a while to restore my lashes back.
