A gamble of 90$(+) hoping [this] lash girl knows what she's doing and not rushing through the whole process..sigh until finally you settle with a woman who kinda does a good job or if you're like me settles to buy a fiber mascara so.... moral of this story is... after a long journey... years, searching for an honest good lash technician. I come to you: my fellow women who know the lash struggle is real!! I found an amazing professional eyelash technician. She's in Brampton but wherever you are it's worth the drive. I promise you!! it's clean work, she has different kinds of lash services and she's an expert in all of them! When you look at your lashes afterwards it does not look like you have fake lashes on.. that's what we want, a natural look and feel, even if you have a dramatic look ( I can do a dramatic look with about 6-8 layers of fiber mascara. just depends on the look you're going for- point is, it can and should look professional) I don't get anything out of referring you guys to her I'm just really impressed with her work, she's certainly raised the bar!! My technician is Melissa, and I know there's a girl Sasha whose been trained by her. Melissa cares about the quality of work, thus anyone trained by her par to her standards. Shockingly, they called me the day before (November 28th), falsely claiming I missed an appointment, and I would not be allowed to book with them in the future. I was extremely apologetic and disappointed with their punitive policy. I have been a loyal client and was extremely surprised that I would miss an appointment. I later confirmed through my email that the error was on their end. What's worse, my attempts to clarify via phone and email were met with unresponsiveness. Beware of this salon's unprofessionalism and questionable business practices. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-friendly establishment. Lash extension is a luxury service and these dire economic times, I'm shocked that businesses wouldn't value customers.

When I first got my classic set completed by Sommer, I was 100% satisfied! Excellent ambience, friendly customer service, happy with lashes! So I kept returning for my refills. Then, there was one day I arrived to Flirt Custom Lash and one of the other ladies did my refill, and I was not happy at all. There was too much glue applied to my lashes, thus damaging them. Not satisfied what so ever. Worst salon in the books. Trisha is disastrous and really has no idea…read morewhat she is doing. This event started three weeks ago when I purchased a Groupon for Xtreme Lashes. This included; synthetic lashes *50 on each eye as well as a collagen eye lift for $39.00. Thought this was a great offer as I wanted to look good for my cousins wedding as I will be the maid of honour. I have never had false lashes done before. I was expecting such a great outcome. A couple days after the purchase of the Groupon I called the number provided and tried my best to book an appointment. I do not work currently I have time off and had an open availability. But Trisha said "due to the purchase of a Groupon she did not have time to fit me in and she would put me on the "wait list". A little disappointed I accepted this offer. Waiting about 2 weeks after that call, I called in to make another appointment, this time I did not mention the Groupon. What do you know?! She had an open schedule that day so of course I made an appointment. When I went in for my app at 2:00 I mentioned the Groupon she then said "I'm running behind and won't be able to take you for another 30 mins. I was ok with that so I sat and waited about another hour and a half.. The salon was DEAD! As I was waiting, a black male came in asking for a haircut. I did not like the attitude the owner was giving the male and she turned him away I'm assuming because of his race. She just cut a mans hair 30 minutes before so she obviously knows how to do a men's cut.... Did not feel comfortable with that at all. When the male left the women were talking. A little frustrated at this point I blew it off and was hoping for a wonderful experience. Trisha only takes payments BEFORE the services are delivered. She bumped up my price to $113.00 including taxes PLUS the Groupon price of $39.00. I felt obligated to pay and short of time before the wedding I sadly accepted. She takes me into a dingy dirty room, tapes my lower lashes down with duck tape, rushes the lashes being glued and got a bunch in my eye which burnt and stung really badly. I DID NOT get the collagen treatment at all! I went home, did not use any water or products on my eyes as suggested for the rest of the day/ night. ALL NIGHT I had lashes falling out. By the time I woke up in the morning the lashes were all over my pillow. I collected them thinking I could get them put back on. I spent the majority of my day contacting Trisha as well as the salon she works at to work out a solution. After calling and leaving a voicemail and 9 calls later on my cell i figured she was screening my number and blocked me. I then used my fiancés cell and sure enough she called back 3 minutes later. When she found out it was me on the line she made up a name as to who she was and stated she had the wrong number. I knew it was her due to her Trinidadian accent and called her out on it. She hung up. I made my way to the salon to again figure out a solution and to get my refund because of the money I spent. It was not fair for me. When I spoke with the owner of the salon she was very defensive and claimed she is not the owner of Trisha's part of the salon. Which didn't make sense to me. So I spoke with a Lawyer who's given me great advice. He wrote her a letter and sent it to the salon today! She has 24 hours to give me my FULL REFUND or else I will be taking this to small claims court. I want to warn everyone of this horrible customer service experience I had at this horrible salon. The people are very rude, dirty, untrustworthy, and frankly, do not deserve anyone's business. They are running an illegal place of business charging for HST without an HST code!!! Do not let them scam you!!

Forget the collagen eye lift session...as it wasn't offered. The "mink" lashes are short and in a small plastic container rather than the typical packaged one. I got an allergic reaction to it and I'm glad they didn't last. Most of them fell out after less than 2 weeks. The rest, I've plucked out to avoid the itchy eyes. I've done lashes 3 times already...and this round, they were glued 5-6mm off the original lash, which makes it look & feel funny. Not very pleased with the results
