They do not offer direct deposit, and paychecks were late at times. If we were supposed to get paid on a Friday, we would get a call saying come get your checks on Monday after 1pm. One of the clients that I was sent to house was infested with bedbugs, and the company did nothing about it! Most of the nurses on staff with the company are incapable of running and operating the equipment that the patients depend on. Keep in mind that the patients are peds (babies/children). Recently CMS stepped in and pulled all of the nurses from the company and routed us and our patients to different home health agencies, because the owner of the company was operating under a faulty license, and did not have the authority to hire actual nurses for home health. The company called us last week and told us that they are experience difficult times and because of this they will not be able to pay us on our scheduled payday, and that they are not sure when we will be paid..

Urgent Warning: Avoid Wow Care Services - A Nightmare Recovery Experience…read more I am writing this review to strongly advise anyone considering Wow Care Services, specifically with Judy, to look elsewhere for their post-operative care. My experience, starting May 28th, 2025, was not only deeply disappointing but also jeopardized my health and recovery. What was promised was a far cry from the dangerous reality I encountered. Before booking, Judy assured me in person that she was certified in lymphatic massage and caregiving, that her home was clean, and that I would be her only client in an all-female household. Every single one of these assurances proved to be false upon my arrival. Unsanitary Conditions & Unsafe Environment Upon arriving at her house directly after surgery, I was shocked to find it dirty and infested with ants and cockroaches. Contrary to her promise, Judy had taken on three other women for care, and the "recovery house" was, in fact, her family home, where her teenage son, daughter, and husband also lived. This created an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional environment, especially when she conducted massages in the open living room while family members were present. My private room was not truly private; I was inexplicably moved to an enclosed patio area. This space was uncomfortably hot, causing excessive sweating, which significantly increased my risk of bacterial infection on my incisions. To make matters worse, the car used for transport to appointments lacked air conditioning, a severe issue in Miami's 90-degree heat. Gross Negligence in Post-Operative Care The lack of appropriate post-operative care was alarming. Despite having a BBL, I was instructed to sit directly on a toilet rather than using a BBL toilet riser, and slept with only a BBL pillow, which still put pressure on my buttock. There was no gravity chair with a cutout, which is crucial for preserving BBL results. This negligence has left me deeply concerned about the final outcome of my surgery. Her massage techniques were dangerous and completely incorrect. She applied deep tissue massages directly to my stomach immediately after surgery, despite lymphatic massages requiring a light, feather-like touch. Furthermore, she aggressively stretched me upright and made me raise my arms during massages, which directly led to two areas of stitches tearing open: one under my left breast (from a breast lift) and another on my central stomach incision (from a tummy tuck). When confronted, she took no accountability. Her unprofessionalism escalated when I attempted a virtual consultation with my doctor. She took my phone away mid-call to interject her own, incorrect advice to my doctor about my open wounds. She then threatened to kick me out without a refund if I followed my doctor's treatment plan instead of hers. Compromised Hygiene and Improper Wound Management Her wound care practices were equally appalling. She bathed me too soon, when only sponge baths were recommended, and allowed my surgical drains to lie on the dirty shower floor. The bathroom itself was unsanitary, with a shared towel for all clients and shared loofahs. She also attempted to put me in a Stage 2 faja immediately, which was far too tight and caused severe pain over my internal incisions. Crucially, she failed to use any protective layer between the faja and my incisions, directly going against surgeon's recommendations. Unhealthy Environment & Hostile Behavior Beyond the physical harm, the living conditions were detrimental. Judy's kitchen was disgustingly dirty, and the food she prepared was inedible due to excessive salt - a critical issue as low-sodium diets are mandated after plastic surgery. This led to severe water retention and prolonged swelling in my legs and stomach. Her behavior was consistently passive-aggressive, belittling, and hostile. She criticized my dietary preferences, even threatening to send me home in a taxi in my post-operative state. She made insulting comments about my business photo, calling my appearance a "scam" after a 93-pound weight loss. She even eavesdropped on my private conversations and confronted me about them. The entire environment was unprofessional and directly impacted my well-being and recovery. Financial Deception and Unresponsive Communication Given the severe safety and health concerns, I chose to leave her recovery house early. She agreed to provide a partial refund for the unused time, but has since repeatedly lied about payment dates, strung me along, and has now ceased all communication. Judy is a liar, manipulative, rude, and arrogant, posing a serious liability to anyone seeking care. I STRONGLY URGE anyone considering Wow Care Services to seek alternative, professional, and safe post-operative care. This experience was a significant setback to my recovery and a testament to a complete lack of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity.

When she first enrolled, they asked for a credit card to keep on file and said they would NEVER charge the card without contacting us, and that would only happen if insurance did not pay. Needless to say, THEY LIED. I guess it is easier for them to charge an unauthorized amount to a card, than to properly bill the insurance and if there is a problem, contact the insured. I must say...I was impressed. Maria at the front desk was so nice, professional, and took her time giving me a tour of the school and explaining everything. I didn't feel rushed or didn't get the vibe that person didn't want to be there. The kids looked so happy! The facility was impeccable. It smelled great and all the teachers were interacting with the kids. I will be enrolling my little one in the next couple of days! The down part of it is that it's in PSN and traffic is insane in this area but I really don't care. I am willing to sit in that traffic and be at peace knowing my baby is in good hands! I'm excited!
