And it's an effort to transport myself there... to be shunned in my opinion cold heartedly. They told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork online. I filled out 7 of 10 pages. I found this out when I returned to the car after they told me they would not see me. While in the office they told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork and led me to believe that it was all deleted and I told him that that's not the case and they said we don't have it. Well in the car I looked up their website with my username and password and found that I had filled it out but three pages were missing in the end. Instead of acting mature about it they had to get their last digs in when confronted with this, and THAT IS the kind of people they are. Close minded! It would have taken me five minutes to finish that paperwork and I know that because I had already completed it once. They sacrificed a 75 minute appointment authorized by the Veterans Administration to treat me, Vietnam vet for back pain for 4ea surgeries later as a result of injuries in Vietnam. Seems like they didn't have any records from the VAMC either and they themselves were unprepared. I don't make a lot of comments like this but I will say that in my opinion for my review that the two people I interfaced with when I got there were very immature and very staunch women. It was their way or the highway! Not very open minded. Kind of stupid to give up a 75 minute reimbursement which is probably a little lucrative for them and that was just the first visit which was comprehensive let alone any others they're gonna lose now! I don't think I trust them enough to go back so I found somebody else. 'Poof', be gone! Rude. There's a couple places around one in Scott's Hill and another one that does acupuncture and I would suggest calling them and making them your first choice.
