We came here for lunch as part of our tour to Douro Valley. We were so happy with the food and service, everything was really well prepared, fresh and high quality, and presented very well. My husband and I really enjoyed the sardines and mussels tapas, but the star of our lunch was the veal. It was tender and flavorful, and the idea of the purée and the shiitake mushrooms were really delicious. I highly recommend getting this here! I wasn't a huge fan of the mussels pasta, but it was personal preference in terms of a certain flavor of the mussels I couldn't get past. Other than this note, the dish itself was really well prepared.
The ambiance of the restaurant was really nice, and the service was very attentive. We would definitely consider coming back on our next trip here! read more
