I had two windows tinted here... one window had what looked like an air pocket on the corner so I didn't mention anything and just waited the amount of time I was told to let it dry before rolling the window down. I don't know anything about tints so I assumed it would disappear over time. It turns out that the tint was peeling on the corner. I called Andy and we set up a time for me to come in to have it fixed. When I pulled in and showed him, he did not mention anything about it having to do with me rolling down the window. AFTER fixing it, he accuses me of prematurely rolling the window and attempts to charge me for the tint. I tell him that there is no possible way that it was rolled down and he basically says I'm lying, stating "you're playing games with me". Long story short, I refused to pay but would wholeheartedly recommend NOT to come here. This guy is dishonest and mediocre work. Fast reliable and reliable, tinted my windows same day I called with in a few hours. As far as tints I notice few scratches towards the corners and bottom of windows. From his personality I know I'm going to be waisting my time arguing the fact. I would look elsewhere next time. read more

Andy did a professional job on my car tint. The tint has been on my windows for a month now & there are no issues with it. The work was done out of his garage at his house so while you wait for your car, there is a deli right around the corner where you can wait for it. I Have had Andy tint 3 cars now. Always does a PERFECTO job. Charges $250 for the 5 windows and takes about 2 hours to do it. This time I called him and he took me right away. Fine if you don't mind bubbles and imperfections in your windows... Friendly man until you point out the imperfections and ask for them to be fixed. After I asked him to fix it, he says no one will ever be able to put tint on without bubbles or lines/marks. After he tells me that, I ask him to take the tints (2 front windows) off then and give me a refund so I can get it done elsewhere, and he tries to keep 40% for the removal without letting me know beforehand! It's one thing to not be that great at window tints, but then to have a nasty attitude when the customer points out the flaws is unprofessional and unacceptable. He also accused me of just trying to get them removed for free because "I probably got a ticket"..... seriously?? My advice would be to spend a little more money elsewhere and get a quality job done right the first time. read more
