I visited with my husband to purchase an item that I had already planned to buy and had the cash for. While I was the one asking questions and making the purchasing decision, the employee consistently directed conversation and responses toward my husband instead of me. Even after my husband clearly stated that I was the customer handling the transaction, I still wasn't addressed directly. It did feel dismissive and not aligned with good customer service. As a customer, I think it's important to be acknowledged and spoken to directly--especially when asking questions and making a purchase. I didn't purchase the item I wanted directly due to this man's behavior.

"Let them come in if they want to be stupid, we will just charge him." Rather than trying to help the customer figure out what's wrong they talk trash & complain. Obviously something is wrong with my stereo & I was simply trying to get it looked at. Guess they don't want the business. Too much of an inconvenience for them.
