As I pulled in to the wash pay station for what I hoped would be a single quick convenient wash on my way home from work on a Friday afternoon, my car was approached and halted by a teenage employee. She proceeded to insist I buy a package. I politely said no "not interested" three times, but still she persisted, leaning in closer to my window. At this point she got aggressive asking, "where do you live?" and I told her she was pushing too hard & I was leaving. She refused to tell me her first name when I asked (so I could reference her to management) finally backing off & saying, "it don't matter". As I reversed my car to exit, she began filming me on her cell phone. The other attendant yelled "then go somewhere else!" as they both laughed and stuck their tongues out with hand gestures. The hassle and harassment at this location is disturbing. Avoid it.

This lady has black hair, she is older and definitely should not be a cashier. Most cashiers ask for your rewards card. She just rang up the bag of ice i set on the counter. I thought that was rude. Her facial expressions where not for someone who deals with the public. I have an amputated thumb less than 2 weeks ago. When she was rude to me I asked her if she could put the 7lb ice in a bag for me. She says yes I guess I can? Then she drops the bag on the counter. I asked her mam you did not need to drop it. She says it is heavy. I show her my thumb which is an open wound. She says to me don't give me an attitude? I said give you an attitude? Mam keep the change I will never stop back. This is the second employee that treated me like dirt. The last one was a 3rd shift employee. I rarely stop at this location. This store is quick bring them in and push them out. I so miss Speedway that used to be on Sunset Dr and Hwy 164 / 59. Stay away from this store if you are a senior. Because it don't matter, get them in get them and get the out is what this location does. Very poor management for the weekend crew or second or third shift. I told he keep the change you must need it. I hope she does not have a dog. If she does, I do know what the poor dog goes through. This lady I never seen there before. Yet this lady to me and my opinion is a very dangerous person. She may of had a bad night. Yet this is the type of person who could bring a gun to work and shoot every body there. Beware of her.

I've always found the location to be well lit, clean, and reasonable priced gas for the location. They are typically cheaper than the other gas stations in the area. They have contactless pay at the pump, which I love. The window cleaner and paper towels are always stocked as well. An air pump for tires and vacuum is also available for a small fee and use on site.

The gas prices make me so peeved that I generally try to line up my fillups with when I will be in Milwaukee (I commute) as it is often up to 25 cents less per gallon. When I must fill up in West Bend, I only put enough in to get me back to Milwaukee. I would recommend people do the same, especially if you live or work out of town. Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone.

Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.
