Andros Orthodontics is the Tri-Cities orthodontic practice of Dr. Nicholas Andros, a board-certified orthodontist (American Board of Orthodontics) who has owned and led the office in West Pasco since 2014. We treat children, teens, and adults from Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and West Richland. Services include braces, Invisalign, early (age 7) evaluations, adult orthodontics, airway-focused orthodontics, and MARPE/MASPE skeletal palatal expansion for teens and adults who were told they needed jaw surgery. Dr. Andros trained directly with Dr. Won Moon (UCLA) on MARPE and plans every case on CBCT 3D imaging. One doctor, one office, and Dr. Andros personally reviews every case. History
Established in 2014.
Dr. Nicholas Andros grew up in the Tri-Cities and opened Andros Orthodontics in West Pasco in March 2014. Twelve years later it is still the same doctor, the same owner, and the same office at 5701 Bedford St, just off the Road 100 exit. Dr. Andros is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In the late 2010s he trained directly with Dr. Won Moon at UCLA, who developed the MSE/MARPE technique, and Andros Orthodontics became the first Tri-Cities practice to offer non-surgical skeletal palatal expansion for teens and adults. Since 2018 the practice has completed airway-focused continuing education every year, including Stanford Sleep and Airway courses and The Breathe Institute, and airway screening is part of every exam. The office runs a fully digital workflow: CBCT 3D imaging, Damon Ultima braces, Invisalign, and 3D-printed indirect bonding designed in-house. Patients come from Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and West Richland. Consultations have been free since day one.

I'm Dr. Nick Andros, a board-certified orthodontist and a Tri-Cities native. I opened Andros Orthodontics in 2014 because I wanted a practice where the doctor who diagnoses you is the one who sees you at every visit. Twelve years in, that hasn't changed. I trained directly with Dr. Won Moon at UCLA on the MSE/MARPE technique and have spent every year since 2018 in airway-focused continuing education, because straight teeth matter less to me than a jaw that lets you breathe well and a bite that lasts. Every case here is planned on CBCT 3D imaging and I review it personally. We treat kids from age 7, teens, and a lot of adults who were told they needed jaw surgery and didn't. Chelsea and I have four kids, so I know what it's like to sit in the parent chair.
