Mike and one helper did the entire job starting with an initial pressure wash. They were conscientious and hard workers throughout the 3 weeks it took to complete the job. They communicated their schedule so that we would know when not to expect them (rain etc.). The initial estimate was also the actual bill. I have recommended Under the Sun painting to my neighbors.

This was my first time having to get any repairs done on my house that I couldn't fix myself. One of the companies got back to me and said I needed a contractor. I get online this morning searching for contractors, hoping I was going down the right path. I find several and reached out to them. Less than 2 hours later Vince had already replied to get the ball rolling. I sent pictures of the damage and what I needed done. I didn't expect him to have any availability until next week, since it was the weekend and already late in the afternoon at this point. Vince called me up and said a storm was coming and if I was available he could come by and fix it, since he didn't want the rain to possibly cause any more damage. The amount of professionalism, efficiency and knowledge I received from Vince made me feel as though he actually cared. He explained what he was doing, the tools he was using, the behind the scenes on how construction crews put up siding, the spacing, and the measurements for it. Some companies would have just fixed it and not said anything leading you to wonder what was wrong with it to begin with. Vince made sure I understood, I almost feel like I can do contracting work now (probably just holding a ladder). The work was done quickly even though at that point had it taken longer than an hour I wouldn't have been mad. Overall Vince was a pleasure to work with, I'm grateful for his work, and expediency especially when he explained how his wife had to be hospitalized and maneuvering around that and work. I would definitely recommend him for any future home improvements!

Requested an estimate to install vinyl panels to finish off a screen porch ceiling. Received a call from a representative and we discussed the job. The representative said he fully understood what I wanted and set an appointment for the next day (Saturday) to come out to take measurements and provide a sample of the materials they would propose to use. I agreed to meet him at his schedule since I told him I would be home. He said he would call ahead as to when he would come. Waited all day Saturday with my phone nearby so as not to miss his call. Waited until close of normal business (5:00 PM) he never called and did not show up. No way I will give this company my business, wasted a whole Saturday without even getting a courtesy call.

I hired the Tr-State Handyman to recaulk the windows in my condo. He quoted me an hourly rate that…read moreI was satisfied paying. He asked for pictures of the windows; I obliged by texting several pictures to him and confirming how many windows needed attention. He arrived late the day of my appointment and, upon seeing the windows in person, said that he did not realize that my windows were brown; the caulk that he brought was white. He said it would be best to go and get the proper color caulk and looked up hardware stores near my residence. He found that there were three within a mile of my house. He leaves to go buy the caulk, calls me 20 minutes later and says that he decided to go to Home Depot -- which is at least 6 miles and 25 minutes away. When he returns and completes the work, he charges me for the time spent going to and from Home Depot. I expressed that I should not pay for him being unprepared, but unwilling to argue with a man I had just met, I paid the invoice. I am grateful not to have done the work myself, but would not recommend working with this young man without a firm commitment about the price and his preparedness. I received offers from other vendors willing to complete the work and recommend that anyone thinking of hiring this gentleman explores their options before settling.

So, he floods the house, and doesn't care? Further, after I filed my police report today, the officer investigated his company. He has no license. His company hasn't been in good standing since last year. It has been forfeited. He is working without a license. Be completely aware of this. Oh and go to his website. He has links to his YouTube with himself in bed shirtless ranting about random things. This guy screams weirdo and unprofessional. I see why he made such an egregious claim about me. He clearly his mind is very dark. I didn't even ask for my Money back originally. I asked him to look at until he stood me up. Then I politely asked for a refund. This isn't a scam. Like at all. This guy has threatened me so much today. So much. House destroyed, had to take time out of my day to meet with the police for an hour. And then says he is going to have swat come destroy walls in my house. He said he would make it all go away if I delete my review. It's so insane to me. Said he will destroy my life over $375.

Communication with Dan and this business has been smooth and professional. The scheduled window of time I expected someone to arrive was between 8 and 10am. I received a message just before 7am that Dan would arrive at 8:30, which was indeed his arrival time. We did a house walkthrough and discussed what rooms needed cleaning and what needed done. Dan brought his own equipment and steam sanitized my floors, and cleaned throughout. This was a preliminary deep cleaning appointment and unfortunately his helper called off, but wow, this guy is a workhorse. In just a few hours he cleaned my house top to bottom and left things in good order. Floors look great, surfaces all look cleaned well, I'm very very pleased. The only area lacking was dusting (only noted in my bedroom) but I had a lot of clutter and we didn't discuss that. Overall a great job, I have no hesitation about having this business clean for me in the future and im waiting to schedule future appointments as I write this.

My mother's call log has 2 missed calls and a voicemail staying we are late for our 10-12 appointment. I never agreed to 10-12 as I already had a standing appointment at 10. At 12:03 you sent a picture text message saying you were leaving which now makes sense because you can't keep track of your own schedule. Then when I finally get ahold you, you realize your time was wrong and say the appointment was 12-2 and you have a "5 minute waiting period". Don't lie and think customers won't leave you bad reviews.
