No. Never recommend this business. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. They are full on liars. Responding to Chris. I did my review 3 years ago. Your response is from 4/30/2024. It took this long and you knew, were well aware of what you had done and not done. Nothing will get me to change my review or opinion of you or your nasty wife. Her remarks were cruel to an elderly person. And you drive my and see the tree thriving - nothing but lies!!! I left the dead tree standing the way you left it. You are a disreputable business. I called to get an estimate to trim three palm trees in Leesburg. We made an appointment for the following day, no-show no call. When I sent a text asking for a reschedule of the appointment there was no response in the text. I called and text several more times and finally gave up. Apparently they are too busy to take on more business. Very sad. read more

Our transaction started on Feb 12, 2022, with Andrews Tree Service Leesburg, FL 34748.  We hired him because he is an Arborist.  In The Villages, we were told you have to ask permission to take down trees.  Our property is small the 2  oak trees were giving us issues with our irrigation system breaking.  He told us the total bill was $2300.00...$500.00 for his arborist report.  Stump Grinding included. His services was paid in full to our knowledge. During a branch being taken down, it hit our gutter and did some damage to it. It wasn't major damage.  His worker told us that Chris the owner will be in touch with us. We never heard from you days after. My husband called him about it. He said he will take care of it.  Not at any time did Chris have a professional company come and assess the damage. Chris finally showed up on March 16, 2022, 5 weeks later to take measurements. Chris said his friend can do the job.  I told him I wanted a professional company to do the job not a handyman.  His attitude was a lot to be desired not very professional toward customers considering his company caused the damage. He told us we are on a waiting list with White Aluminum, Leesburg, Fl a 31/2 star Co. Searching around I found this company had 28 complaints to the BBB from customers. Since months have gone by with nothing being done we were recommended to contact Browning's Aluminum & screen repair, Ocala, Fl  a 5 star rating no complaints on BBB from customers.   They came out to look at the damage on April 23, 2022.   They said they may be able to fix it without replacing the gutter.  We agreed, and they did fix it very nicely.  The bill was $35.00.  This is 11 weeks later and still, Chris didn't know when the gutter would be fixed.   Chris had no intentions of paying for the damage. I sent him a copy of the bill.  It is lightly written but you can see it's for $35.00 & worked done.  The company letterhead is very clearly visible printed in bold black lettering with the name, address & phone#.  He refuses to pay this amount.  He now wants 3 estimates from companies. This was never in any discussion. He is making up "lines" as he goes along. The afterthought on him.  He is not very ethical in his business practice. He should have told us we don't need an arborist report from him since the laws were changed in 2018. and give us how much to cut down the trees.  Instead, he billed us the $500.00 for it. We are seniors and don't have this type of money to throw around if we don't need to. The stump grinders came the day after the trees were taken down.  After they were finished one came to the door and asked if we wanted them to clean up, if so another  $75.00. We were never told about this.  I will never recommend him to anyone.  His last customer complaint in BBB was the same line actions as us except their amount was in the hundreds. . read more

Really liked these guys from the moment they rolled in. Doing the best they can by any means.

Set up an appointment for yesterday, Tuesday (16th) between 10-11 a.m. to get an estimate. They never called nor showed up for the appointment. It was their request that I be there. Wasted an entire morning. My time is just as valuable as their time. Do not recommend! read more
