I explained her that it was not a backpack but my purse. Small pink purse that happens to be conveniently carry on my back or on my shoulder. With unfriendly and condescending actitud, she had to grab the manager who wanted to escort me to get the paint. I felt humiliated and treated like we are not living in Canada. I had to leave with out buying before I allow them to treat people like that. When I left I was willing to drive as much as necessary for a spray paint but luckily I found it a few blocks away at the looney store. Please don't shop there. The other location at Springfield is run by customer friendly management.
