Andrew and his design coordinator Nichole did a great job getting our house on market. Last year we were on were on market for months with 3 lowball offers. and took it off market. We went back on market this year with a new team. The house sold in 14 days with multiple offers, and 600 K over asking Thank you Andrew and Nichole read more

Andy and Danny were terrific to work with in purchasing our very first home. We had been searching for a long time, and were several failed offers deep when we switched to working with them, as we were specifically drawn to their expertise in construction, remodeling, and repairs. They both brought forth a wealth of experience with the buying process and how to strategize on our offers, helped us think through and price potential repairs and upgrades for homes we were considering, and connected us with their significant network of contractors that are now helping us complete that work. Several of those contractors met us on short notice at home viewings, specifying that they only took the last minute request because of their relationships with Andy and Danny. Both were consistently communicative, often available at a moments notice, and took many late night calls to help us prepare our offer materials. We couldn't be more grateful for their dedication and integrity in the process and for an outcome that is honestly better than we expected. Thank you, Andy and Danny, for everything. read more

Andy and Danny did an amazing job helping us sell our house. They gave us a detailed breakdown of the projects they recommended to get our house ready to sell and helped us understand how much each of them might help with sell price. From there, they handled all the contractors and logistics for us - we just had to approve work and write checks. They gave us detailed progress reports and kept us informed on how we were doing with the schedule and budget. We got multiple offers quickly and were happy with the price we got for the house. We'd definitely recommend working with them! read more

Working with Andy was awesome! I was totally traumatized by a previous reno that my husband and I did to our 100+ year old home. Andy managed an incredible reno that included all major systems and several stylistic modernizations. I truly appreciate his counsel on getting the most return on the reno. He presented multiple options and walked us through each one. My husband and I felt well informed and confident as we made our choices. The reno was FANTASTIC and our home truly became the belle of the neighborhood, fetching a handsome price WELL ABOVE asking! Plus, he kept thorough records of all work and expenses. Andy is easy going, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend! read more

Andy is an exemplary agent. He is smart and a pleasure to work with. We just sold my house for 50.2% over asking. Even in the Bay Area market that is exceptional. He is numerate, organized and patient. He also has great knowledge of his market and the experience to inform his choices. 1. Professionalism and Communication: He was easy to reach, clear in his explanations, and prompt in his responses. He encouraged open communication throughout the process to manage expectations. He is honest and transparent about costs and scheduling. 2. Market Knowledge: He has a deep understanding of the East Bay markets and what's going on within the industry. He worked in corporate real estate before he became an agent, and assisted in construction as a youngster. Expert level stuff. I relied on this knowledge of seasonal timing, and his expectations of buyer interest. And he was spot on with his assessments. 3. Marketing Strategies: The website for the house came out beautifully. And friends and family observing the process alongside me were impressed with the marketing of the listing. The adjustments he made to the property were tastefully done. 4. Negotiation and Acceptance Process: His presentation of the offers were diligent. We had 18 offers for the house, and he pared them down to the four most eligible ones. The background and context for the four were thorough. And his insight to offers and counters helped a great deal. Before our meeting to discuss the offers he had clearly gathered and parsed a lot of information from each buyer. 5. Guidance Through the Process: He has a lot of experience. And he is patient with his knowledge. I was looking for specific information and he understood that. He could go into as much detail as I needed. To Sum Up: I'll be frank with you: I didn't know what the virtue of getting a real estate agent was. This is the first house I've ever sold. And I've never really enjoyed the company of real estate agents I've met. They all seem a bit shark like. I'd considered getting my own license just to forgo the costs. But there is no chance I would have gotten such great results had I done that. The work that a really capable agent does, like Andy, is a lot and impressive. I do not regret a single penny of his commission, and expect to add a bonus voluntarily. He is great and capable real estate agent, and if I plan to return to the neighborhood on the buyer's side - which is a possibility - I will call on him again. Great work. read more

We chose Andy for his experience and because he had the best marketing, especially the website, amazing video and printed materials, and his team went above and beyond by adding labels and creating a poster board for the open houses. In addition, he plants a tree in the neighborhood for every house sold. He was also extremely accommodating to our many requests and open to taking my feedback and discussing pros and cons around different strategies, including listing prices and negotiation. His partner that helped with staging and paint colors was also critical. In addition, his services included a contractor to tweak and fix the various items to prep for listing. Finally, Andy was very professional, patient, calm and thoughtful throughout including explaining the nuances. We were very happy with the outcome! read more

Andy knows his real estate. He also knows his construction. Those together make a wonderful ageI HIGHLY recommend him and his team. They are efficient, professional and kind. Andy will also get you a seat at the bidding table and get you the best deal. read more

My wife and I found Andy and his associate, Ali Carvalho, at an open house in the Montclair area of Oakland. He was representing the seller. My wife and I were very impressed with their professionalism and honesty and ended up asking them to help us find a new home. We were driving down from the Napa/Sonoma area 3 or 4 times a week to look at houses, sometimes with only a couple hours notice. Both Andy and Ali were always available to set up a walk through on short notice and give honest advice. Due to the competitive market and limited offerings in our area of interest, all offers were bid situations at above asking, and we tried a couple deals but did not succeed, but they work diligently on getting the paperwork done quickly in all cases - even going back to get photos of things we missed during the viewings. A week before we were off to Mexico for a wedding, an offer was accepted with a 10-day close, resulting in a LOT of paperwork needing to be done in the 4 days before we left. While we were away, they worked with us via phone, text and email to get the deal done. Andy and Ali worked diligently meeting inspectors, taking photos and finally picking up the keys when the purchased closed while we were still away. Two days after getting the keys, a storm took off a tree limb, smashing out our fence. They were right on the spot, getting photos and clean-up done for us as we were still not on site. Above and beyond the call! It has been over 2 months since moving in, and Andy continues to be a great resource, helping find and work with vendors as we address improvement and repair issues - I have been amazed at his commitment to keep helping us with our new house. His construction experience has also been extremely useful both during house walk-throughs while shopping, and with work on the new house. His suggested vendors have all worked out well and at great prices. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Andy and Ali to anyone who needs representation in the area. They will work hard for you! You won't be disappointed! read more

Andy is a real treasure in the real estate market. His thorough expertise in real estate, construction, and renovation was invaluable during our home buying process. On top of all of that, he is exceedingly kind and patient. I would highly recommend him without hesitation to my closest friends and family. Andy and his team helped me navigate several real estate transactions in the Bay Area. From buying my first condo in Oakland in the East Bay in 2017 to buying a single family home in Novato in Marin last year, they always focused on helping us make decisions that were best for us in the long run. We had lots of questions about the entire process, and they gave us insightful, realistic advice without pressuring us to make specific decisions or move at a fast pace if it didn't feel right to us. Last year, when we decided to pivot and move our single family home search from the East Bay to Marin, Andy and his team seamlessly pivoted with us. They showed equal expertise in the North Bay market, and I believe that their exceptional communication and ability to negotiate helped us to land a deal on our home here in Marin. On top of all of that, when we decided to rent out our old condo rather than sell, Britnee and Andy's team took care of everything including the listing, screening applicants, showing the condo to potential tenants, and coordinating move-in and monthly property management. It was totally stress-free for me. I am incredibly grateful to have had their support throughout all of my Bay Area real estate decisions. read more

Working with Andy and team was a great experience! Andy helped us with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. Ali Blesse was incredibly patient and hard working as she would meet us for house viewings at the drop of a dime. I especially appreciated Andy's knowledge and experience as a former contractor. His feedback on prospective houses definitely saved us from making some very expensive mistakes! Andy was also able to oversee the remodel of our house as we got it ready for market. This involved the project design and management of multiple contractors. Andy's contractor team, led by Ray Romo, diligently took care of all the work and got it done within tight timelines. I would say that Andy's best attribute was his trustworthiness. He constantly explained the pro's and con's of every decision and was a great guide through the entire process. read more

Andrew is an absolute, consummate professional! We were so impressed with his total commitment to the process of preparing our house for sale. He gave us very detailed proposals for improvements, with written cost estimates. He kept us apprised of where we stood with the budget as the work progressed. (and we came in under budget!) He is an excellent communicator, is extremely patient, and was very respectful of our wishes. The selling price of our home was beyond expectations, and this was largely due to his evaluation of the housing market in our specific area, and his unflappable demeanor in the bidding process. I really didn't know that a real estate agent would ever put this much actual work & effort into selling our home! We are grateful. read more

This is the first review I have ever posted online. I felt that Andy deserved it because it was such an overwhelmingly positive experience to have Andy as my realtor. I had received his name from a very enthusiastic former client, but still went on to talk with 4 or 5 other former clients who were uniformly positive. I basically moved out of the area, and left Andy in charge of doing all the upgrades and staging to sell my 100 year old Berkeley house. His construction background was very reassuring, and he had a host of experts to consult with as needed. He gave me a very clear menu of choices of suggested improvements and costs. His team completed all the work we had agreed on beautifully, and were done ahead of schedule. Andy was equally excellent in his attention to detail. He kept great records, and provided me with everything in a completely organized form, including progress reports. He was a great communicator - both in prompt responses, being easy to schedule meetings or phone appointments with, and also in clear communication. He was always willing to discuss any decision as needed, but also had a good sense of which decisions to bring to my attention, and which were minor issues he could decide as he worked with his team. In my experience with Andy, I also felt he had very good judgment as a person and as a realtor. There are a myriad of decisions to make through the selling and preparation process. His opinions and judgment always made sense to me. I felt that I had a wonderful guide and resource in Andy ushering me through the house sale process. I really can't say enough good things about his professionalism, knowledge, and skills. read more

Andrew worked closely with us to remodel, stage and sell our family home in Oakland. On a reasonable budget, he transformed our home into a highly marketable gem. We got multiple cash offers well over asking. There is no doubt that Andrew gets the job done. But beyond that, he is smart, highly ethical, responsive and professional. I have already recommended him to friends, and I will continue to do so. He is truly exceptional at his job. read more

Andrew Pitarre was fantastic as he was the sellers' agent and I was the buyer. His information and honesty during the process of buying our home was exceptional. After we moved in we discovered a few minor issues, nothing that would typically show up in the disclosure. My agent, Emma Hopkins, who is fantastic on her own, said she would contact Andy. He showed up with the contractor he uses and they were able to take care of the issues. I was also able to use him as a resource. For instance, my gardener was mowing the lawn when a pebble shot out and shattered a double pane glass panel in the front door. I called Andy and he contacted the door company, ordered the glass replacement, then had his contractor install the new window and refinish the wood that was affected. This kind of care and help with a new house is invaluable. My previous experience has been once then sale is over you are on your own, but Andy has shown customer service above and beyond. Our last conversation ended with "If there is anything I can do for you, let me know." I know that to be true. read more

My husband worked with Andy to buy his first home and I was always told stories of this legendary realtor that would get in the crawlspace with my husband to inspect the foundation while viewing homes. So, we were excited to work with Andy and his team to purchase our first home together. As we started to seriously consider putting an offer together on a home, Andy would bring up important things to consider such as nearby traffic, ambient noise, and the width of the street. Also, since Andy was a contractor in a past life, he could give us informed estimated as what upgrades may cost such as adding an ADU or shed. He also help us avoid putting in an offer and overpaying for a home that was very beautiful but had a poorly constructed ADU that would likely cause us problems down the line-- what a lifesaver! We look forward to working with Andy and his team again in the future. And we have already recommended him to my in-laws! read more

Andy Pitarre was an excellent realtor to represent our home in Oakland. We had chosen him after viewing numerous listings within our area that he was handling in the course of the past couple of years. He is knowledgeable, experienced, a great negotiator and was able to arrange all the resources to present our property in an exemplary state. We have bought and sold numerous properties in San Francisco and the East Bay over the past 40 years and I can say without hesitation, that Andy was one of the best realtors I have had the opportunity to work with. I can recommend him without any reservation. read more

Andy and Britnee are an amazing team that I would gladly do business with again. We met at a neighbor's open house and I was impressed with their professionalism and down-to-earth nature. I was ready to sell a few months later and they immediately got to work formulating a timeline and plan. They were easy to work with and had a clear vision on improvements to be made to my property to make it more buyer-friendly, with adjustments where needed for my personal budget. Though I opted to do a number of the improvements myself, their full-service team is available to make the preparation stage totally seamless. Marketing is done extremely well, and they were able to garner an impressive response before my property was officially listed, which helped to drive buzz and lots of potential buyers. The sale went smoothly and I got a great selling price, and the new owners got a wonderful, turn-key condo to call home! Highly recommended for a start-to-finish experience! read more

Lengthy response to the concerns I raised but not true. Our neighbor who you probably didn't think would talk to us, flat out said you laughed when we initially raised the concern about the quality of the paint job which is peeling everywhere in the front and will never be decent since not prepped properly. He said you then boasted that you paid less than $2k for the total paint job. Who does that? Aside from that, there is a leak in the ceiling by the fireplace that started after the initial rain and has continued each big rain. That had to be known about and was concealed. Don't even know what the source is as covered up and hoping a cricket will stop the leak. Then we have the horrendous install of Nest and furnace. We tried to get that fixed on warranty through you and the installer belittled us and then said he didn't install the Nest but rather just the furnace. Finger pointing all around and no fix so had to pay for that too after a waste of time. Our neighbors all around we got to know and talked to. Those who saw the work done on the house said they would never use you based on the quality or absence there-of. The consensus was gussy it up as much as possible for Curb appeal. Maximize the profit was clearly the aim in an environment of no contingencies and super low interest rates. The only recourse we have is to warn others. read more

We had never sold a home before, and were grateful to have Andy as our realtor, especially given that we were selling our home in Berkeley from the east coast. He was able to bring a high level of expertise and really walked us through the entire process. He provided information when necessary to help us make informed decisions and was able to make optimal decisions on our behalf when a quick response was necessary and we couldn't answer immediately. We highly recommend Andy if you are looking to sell or buy in the SF Bay Area. He really cares about his clients and is invested in delivering a great outcome for everyone. read more

Andrew was an amazing listing agent, and we would recommend him highly. We had done a loving restoration to our home before we decided to sell, but the yard had not been given the same love. Andy and his team cleaned up the house and completely transformed the outdoor space. His vision turned a boring shed into a beautiful cabana. He helped the process be pretty low stress including staying within budget for the polish he added. I have never, in my long life, encountered a realtor as knowledgeable and supportive as Andy Pitarre. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Andy is a treasure trove of information - both real estate and home construction. This put my husband, an engineer who frets over every last detail, very much at ease. In my book, Andy is as close to a saint as it gets. He goes the extra mile with an abundance of grace. Home buying is stressful. Andy has both the wisdom to make great suggestions and the patience to answer endless questions. And a thankful bow to Andy's lovely assistant, Ali Blesse. Ali is a rock star of great advice too! She's warm, fun, intuitive and encouraging. Both of these people will be there for you when it matters most - and then some! There are no words to express our gratitude. read more

I trust Andy as business person and as a friend I would go to for advice. I connected with Andy through Zillow several years ago when I was trying to buy a condo. He was the first agent I got in touch with and I lucked out, because I was basically starting from square one in the home-buying process, and he really walked me through it all with patience and honesty. I ended up feeling like I got priced out of the market and stopped my search, but Andy was totally supportive of my decision. When my partner and I decided to buy a house this year, Andy and Britnee were right there to pick up where we left off and guide us through the differences between buying a house and buying a condo. We've received great guidance from both Andy and Britnee throughout the entire process, from search to offer to close and beyond! My partner and I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Andy is a homeowner's best friend. Our respect and trust in him is doubled given the full circle we have gone through with him. In 2010, we had very limited funds to work with, yet Andy wisely and expertly guided us in the purchase of our very first home, a fixer-upper at an incredible deal, while always treating us with the same integrity as a million dollar client. Over the next 10 years, he faithfully remained accessible as a valuable resource and sounding board for us. Now here we are in 2020, a decade later, and again Andy was by our side every step of the way to successfully sell our home against the backdrop of a surprise global pandemic, to boot! Andy is the Real Deal. When we decided we wanted to sell, he was our flashlight in the dark - Advisor, Lead Contractor, Realtor and Confidant! He expertly shepherded us through the many complex steps involved in a major renovation, and always laid out all the information needed for us to make empowered decisions along the way, resulting in a very successful listing and selling of our home. The proof of his excellence is that he has earned himself a roster of respected professionals in every possible field, that he can call upon to help address any need that may come up for his clients, and often at surprisingly fair rates. Beside being the very best at what he does, working with him and his entire team is actually a joy. Throughout the process Andy valued our input and listened to every idea and vision we had. We always felt heard and met. If he was working on several projects simultaneously, we never would have known it, because we felt fully considered, supported and communicated with. Andy's nature is kind, calm and collected. While He is very realistic, honest, and fair, he also has a keen sense of strategy, informed by years of experience, that really takes things to the next level. Andrew and his entire team, especially Britnee and Raymundo, are truly the Gold Standard of who you want by your side for such an important endeavor in life. We couldn't be an iota happier with the journey and the outcome! Thanks again Andy! read more

Andrew was very responsive and friendly, with lots of ideas of what we could do to make our house salable at a higher price. He gave us a detailed list with how much the estimated cost of each improvement on the house would cost and his estimation of how it would raise the selling price. He organized everything. Found us one interest free loan and another short term loan both to be paid back when the house sold. He got the workers for each renovation and worked with them on plans for dealing with our somewhat awkward but sweet elderly house. The house sold at the price he estimated it would given the renovations. In addition, Andrew is just a really nice thoughtful person. He showed compassion for the workers and their needs as well as for us. I highly recommend him. read more

Andy was a blessing during a really stressful and emotional time in our life (a quick job relocation and selling our home of 8 years where our babies were born). Andy's integrity was above what we ever expected from a realtor. Making decisions about how much to fix or update before selling our home was nerve racking, the thought of investing more in a home we were leaving was not something we were coping with well. Andy was incredibly patient, in the most calm and professional manner he walked us through the options and explained why he recommended each and every upgrade. We couldn't have made a better decision than to trust Andy. The outcome was spectacular and the turn out for showings, offers, and sale price was beyond what we expected. Andy has an amazing eye for the quick fixes that will make a home attractive to current buyers, even if it's not necessarily what he or the seller would pick. His team has an amazing network of contractors that turn things around quickly, reasonably, and most of all very well done. Ally was also a great bonus of working with Andy, she is incredibly organized, detail oriented, and diligent with with all aspects of documentation involved in this process. As stressful as this time was we can't imagine getting through it without Andy on our side. We quickly realized we could trust him to resolve every challenge always keeping our best interest as a priority and making it as seamless and easy as possible for us. Thank you Andy! Looking back, it is hard to imagine getting through that time with such an amazing outcome without you on our side. If you are looking to sell your home in Oakland we highly recommend you work with Andy! read more

Andy did an outstanding job selling my home. All I needed to do was give him the keys. He managed repairs and cosmetic improvements, cleaning, staging, marketing, and a series of delicate negotiations while selling in a pandemic outbreak environment. "Met" Andrew via a flyer sent to my home in Los Angeles area as I was an investor in the Oakland area. First he introduced me to a "negotiator" that helped me buyout a tenant living in my SF rental home in Oakland. This took about 4 months. Next, I gave Mr. Pitarre the reins to manage and organize the remodeling of my home. In only 6 weeks he transformed my rental property to a beautiful cozy home that was very attractive. He knew the way to pay a very fair price for this remodeling adventure to attract the highest price for my home. The home sold for over 30 percent over our asking price in one week with 12 offers that were excellent. I was able to do a 1031 exchange with guidance from Andrew that led me to a smooth transition so I could avoid capital gains taxes. Very very pleased with the results. read more

Combined, my wife and I have sold and purchased homes four times and we have learned about a few of the pitfalls of doing so through our experiences. I say this to say that we are not the easiest customers for real estate professionals. We are extremely picky, thorough, and totally intolerant of any trace of BS. Andy and his colleague, Britnee, were excellent partners in selling our home and purchasing a new one. They quickly responded to all of our calls; were patient and extremely informative (Andy is a former contractor) in accompanying us at at least forty (40) open houses; and, were very sincere in making sure that we found a house that excited us. We were most impressed by Andy and Britnee's sincerity. There are ALWAYS hiccups in these transactions. Whenever we ran into challenges, there were NEVER excuses or blame-shifting from Andy or Britnee; we simply acknowledged where we were and adjusted our tactics to reach our goals. A very clear example of Andy and Britnee's profound dedication to our happiness is that after nearly six months of selling and searching for a home, when we were three days from closing on our new home, Andy noticed a potential problem in the house during his final walk through. Instead of downplaying it to close the sale, he and Britnee immediately scheduled and executed very detailed inspections of the potential problem. Fortunately, it was not a real issue, and we closed the purchase on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the work that Andy and Britnee did in helping us sell our home and buy a new one. We recommend them without reservation. read more

Andy is great. A few years ago we were trying to find a place in a ridiculously competitive market in the Bay Area, and I am convinced it would have been impossible to do without Andy's expertise. The process could have been very difficult since we were from out of state trying to do this, but he made it as easy as if we were there the whole time. He was always willing to assess properties ahead of time for us and figure out which ones we should see. He took the time to make sure he understood EXACTLY what we were looking for and hit the nail on the head every time he found a home to show us. He is a huge asset, not only for the real estate experience, but he was incredibly knowledgeable on construction issues. He saved us from a couple of "bad houses" that looked just fine to the non-trained eye at first glance but would have been a money pit. He was ALWAYS available by phone/text/email whenever we had questions. The transaction we entered into was highly complicated by the seller's situation, but Andy made the entire process painless and easy. We even closed on the house much earlier than expected because of his ability to work through everything in a fast efficient manner. Fast forward 3 years and we used Andy to sell the same house. The experience was equally as great. I really can't recommend Andy enough, I wouldn't dream of using another agent in the Bay Area. I actually look forward to buying/selling another house in the future. read more

This is the second time that we have worked with Andy and his team to purchase a replacement property for a 1031 exchange. The time frame for naming a replacement property is only 45 days, so it makes the process a bit nerve wracking, especially in such a crazy market. Andy is very knowledgeable and well connected, so was able to refer us to the right lenders, exchange companies, contractors, roofers, etc. He understood our needs and helped us to narrow down the kind of property that would be a good fit. We were able to have an accepted offer, after only making two. He also went above and beyond by making sure that necessary repairs were made to the roof, by the Seller, prior to the close of escrow. I am very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy Pitarre for any and all of your Real Estate needs. read more

We just sold a house using Andrew's services, we bought a place, and then we made some necessary repairs. All using Andrew's services and those of his team. Andrew and his team could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Andrew himself and all the members of his team are delightful. Before we started the sale of our place, I was dreading the whole enterprise of preparing the house, listing, pricing, receiving offers and all that comes with that. Andrew made it easy, and I mean unbelievably easy. They were professional, set up realistic expectations about the timeframe, cost, pricing, revenue and the whole package. It really turned out not to be a stressful event at all, and that is all thanks to Andrew. And then we bought a place. We have various specific needs in our family, so we were looking for something specific. And we found it! Andrew and Ali were super supportive, got to know our needs really well, and guided us into the process of buying of our new place that we love love love! And again, not stressful. It's amazing how they did it. Just amazing, but they made it happen. Oh, and then when we needed some repairs to be done in the new place, they were all ready again to support that. We are all set now, except that we have stuff to unpack and well, the general moving in. But what a delightful process it has been. I did not expect this at all. Andrew, Ali and all of them far exceeded our expectations. read more

My husband and I worked with both Andy Pitarre and Ali Blesse to buy our first home and couldn't be more pleased. They're personable, knowledgable, and supportive during one of the more stressful stages of life. Ali is extremely responsive and genuine, seemingly always available to drop everything to help us go see a new house (this was so helpful, especially during COVID where all the time slots had to be scheduled in small windows). Andy's got a construction background that makes you feel confident when he gives good feedback on a home. We never felt pressured to purchase (Andy jokes that he usually tries to talk you out of a home, giving you the more critical/constructive feedback on a home rather than pointing out all the positives so that he doesn't influence you to get something you're not set on) and ended up with a home that checked all the boxes. We're thrilled and would recommend them highly. read more

We worked with Andy and Britnee to purchase a home in Oakland this past December. We met Andy through an open house in early September and he referred us to his partner Britnee Underwood, who was the primary agent working with us. As first time buyers, we really appreciated Britnee's guidance, expertise, and friendly professionalism. She knows the industry really well and provided very helpful insights while we navigated the market. When we were ready to make an offer on a house, she helped us be as competitive as possible and was firm and assertive in negotiations during escrow. Thank you Britnee and Andy for your hard work and dedication throughout the process. We're fortunate to have worked with such savvy, experienced, and courteous agents. We'd definitely recommend the two of them to anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area. read more
