Rabia did that exceptionally well. She coordinated the repairs, cleanup, staging, inspections, disclosures, open houses, and offer strategy with real discipline. Whenever an issue came up, she either had a clear recommendation or simply took care of it. That made the process feel much more manageable from a distance. What stood out most was how she handled a setback after our first buyer backed out. She stayed calm, kept the process moving, and helped us recover quickly rather than letting the situation become stressful or reactive. The final result was strong, with the home selling over asking. Just as important, Rabia made the process feel organized, professional, and low-drama. I would recommend her to anyone selling in Sunnyvale or the South Bay who wants an experienced agent with strong project-management skills and sound judgment.

We scheduled a visit to see one of their units and Darrel was there on time. He showed us around the unit and explained the amenities. After we were done touring, I got an email asking me to fill out the application if I'm interested. Signing was all done electronically (docusign). Payment is all done through appfolio. This is how it should be in today's world! -- Living -- We encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay, such as a leaking faucet, a faulty microwave, and a noisy fridge. Each time, I simply submitted a request through their online portal, and Linda Green ensured someone was sent out within one business day. There was also an annual fire inspection scheduled while I was away on a business trip--special thanks to Rafael for stopping by just to take care of it. -- Move-out Process -- When we secured a new rental, the new management company needed a reference from Action Properties. Takako Dumlao went above and beyond--she stayed late at the office just in case the call came. Takako also fought for our security deposit. We owe her a lot. A big thank you also to Dedy Efendi and Ted for coordinating communication with the homeowner and making our move-out process FAST and seamless. David Troyer and his team are truly the most amazing and efficient team we have ever worked with…read more Before meeting David and his team, we had encountered countless agents through many home showings and had worked with different agents when purchasing properties. Yet, we never felt that anyone truly stood out or offered something special--until we met David and his team when listing our home in Mountain View. That experience showed us the true value of having an exceptional real estate agent. The entire David Troyer team, including the wonderful and incredibly efficient Baidra, Ashley, Kristen, and David's partner, Mike Cabot, impressed us with their responsiveness, professionalism, and honesty. From the remodeling process and pricing strategy to the marketing plan, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the level of service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. What made the experience truly special, however, was David himself. As a leader, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and considerate. He always seems to know how and when to say the right thing, and he guided us through some very difficult moments with patience and understanding. He can be straightforward when necessary, while always remaining respectful and compassionate. When things did not go as planned and we ultimately decided to take our home off the market, many other agents might have become angry, disappointed, or even hostile. David, however, remained calm and collective. Instead of making us feel guilty about our decision, he genuinely tried to understand our perspective and make us feel better about it. He honored his word and put his clients' interests ahead of his own, even when doing so meant taking a personal loss. That level of integrity and character is incredibly rare. We have tremendous respect for David--not only as an agent and a leader, but most importantly, as a truly good human being. He embodies what those words should mean. We are incredibly grateful to David and his entire team, and we will remain loyal clients for any future real estate needs. We would wholeheartedly recommend David Troyer and his team to anyone looking for not just a great real estate professional, but someone who genuinely puts his clients first.

Nicole was super patient and took me around to view multiple listings on our first appointment. She was super knowledgeable about the area having more than 20 years of experience. She also walked me through all that I needed to know as a first time buyer, and quickly built trust and made me feel comfortable with her representing me. At every step of the process, she personally walked me through it, explaining to me what all the documents in the housing disclosure package were for, and what I should be looking out for. We started working with Nicole over two years ago as a referral from a close friend who spoke very highly of her. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were basically clueless and had no idea just how complex the Bay Area real estate market is. Nicole helped us navigate these waters with ease, and educated us about the complexities of disclosure packets and purchase contracts well in advance so that when the time finally came, we'd be familiar with such detailed documents. Pre-covid, Nicole spent an entire Saturday driving us to houses in various neighborhoods so that we could see what different cities offered and to help us narrow down our home search based on what we saw. We also attended several open houses together and she always kept an eye out for homes that fit our criteria and attended broker tours on our behalf. We also continued working with Nicole throughout the pandemic and experienced first hand how the original interaction model had to change. Without any open houses, I felt like Nicole had to pour even more time into our search because covid policies required individual appointments to view each home. Nicole was patient with us as we viewed what seemed like 20+ homes during a nine month period. She is respectful of your opinions, but will also share her professional opinion when requested. We ultimately found a home and throughout the entire closing process, not only did Nicole help us, but so did her team. We were in the best of hands and there weren't any hiccups. Together, this team guided us every step of the way with constant communication. DocuSign was used to electronically sign all documents and keys were left in a lockbox when the home was officially ours! In fact, with their help, we were able to close a week earlier than expected! As you can tell, we obviously spent a lot of time with Nicole (she was stuck with us for two years!) and we enjoyed every minute of it. She's great to be around and extremely insightful. Finally, I want to share a story from when my husband and I first started going to open houses a few years ago. When we told other agents who our realtors were (we just would say "carol and Nicole") and they *always* knew who we were talking about. Nicole and Carol have created a reputation that is built upon trust, professionalism and extensive market-specific knowledge.
