Switched to the new Medicare Delta PPO and searched for a new dentist. Through my research, I found Dr. Molnar and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff are all friendly and professional. Ease of making an appointment. Seen in a timely manner. Dr. Molnar examined my teeth and made some recommendations. I opted not to have any cosmetic work done, but did get the crown I needed. The whole procedure was gentle and I am so pleased with how my crown came out. It's a front tooth and looks so much better than my original tooth! I'm so happy to have found such a high quality dentist that takes my new insurance. I would highly recommend her!

His receptionists and bookkeeper are fabulous, but the dentist himself is dishonest. First time I went, he said I had 4 cavities, despite having none the last visit I had at my previous dentist 6 months earlier (had to change because of insurance). I allow him to fill 3 on the next visit and schedule a 3rd visit to fill the last one. On the second visit he tells me I have ANOTHER 2 cavities and on the third visit a new one (total of 7 cavities). I ask him on the third visit if it is necessary to get the last two done and mention it is really odd for me to have so many new cavities, based on my history. He says that he "cant make me get them" but that I really should because they will just get bigger and cause major problems down the line. I have "this feeling" that something is fishy, so on this third (and last) visit, i tell him i don't want him to fill the 4th cavity (or the other 2 new ones) and that i am getting a second opinion. He gets upset/flustered and wont give me my medical charts to take with me. i say that it is my right to have them and he asks me to pick them up another day. I do that and take them to Dr. Catherine Le (Truesmile Dental) and she says that the last three I had left to do, 2 did not exist, and one is SO tiny that she wouldn't recommend even doing it. BUT she found a HUGE other cavity (and showed me all her Xrays and his to prove all this to me). WTF?! I KNEW IT! HORRIBLE. STEER CLEAR!!!!

You can tell that he has a true love of dentistry and it shows in his work. Between the cleanings and additional work performed, Dr. Jergensen and his staff have always been wonderful. In a recent procedure, I had a filling replaced. He was very gentle, compassionate, and ensured that I did not have any discomfort during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Jergensen to anyone who is nervous about going to see the dentist or anyone who is looking for a new dentist. He also has multiple locations. (Definite bonus)

He over processed the teeth. ( I had post treatment pain and discomfort). I went back a few times but it was just not right. I finally went elsewhere and that dentist said my teeth were filed down to much and there was no solution. I was given two options. Try a root canal with crowns and hope for the best or extract them and try posts or dentures. I learned CA really doesn't have a program that oversees dental issues/mistakes. I was told only investigate if someone dies do to faulty dental work.

I just completed a top-to-bottom repair of my mouth. Crowns across every tooth in my mouth. I was…read moresuffering from extreme bruxism (tooth grinding), I'd grind hard during the day and even worse at night when I slept. That mixed with a bridge that I had done a number of years ago which really accelerated the deterioration of my teeth on the bottom left side of my mouth, really did a number on me. Had I not acted soon, I would be looking at dentures. I'm only 39 years old so that would have been devastating to me. Fear not though, this story has a happy ending. I truly can't say enough about this team. World Class doesn't even describe it. There are a number of things/people that make this place special. I'm going to say something specific about each person I had the pleasure of interacting with. Pedro was there for me from Day 1 and he always made sure that I was taken care of both quickly and efficiently every visit I had. He was friendly and knowledgeable about anything I asked him and was empathetic to my situation. He helped with my first dental implant and placement of hardware that was needed in preparation for my crown work and was there with me helping out until the work was done. Thank you, Pedro! Paul was always pleasure to see when I went in for my check ups. He's knowledgeable, very intelligent, super friendly and just a talented individual who is going to go far and achieve great things in his field. His bright and upbeat attitude was always something to look forward to when I came into the office. He helped Dr. Lee design and create the crowns that I'm now wearing. They literally look like my actual teeth should. You'd never know these were crowns. I can't thank you enough for everything, Paul! I owe you big time! Daphne was my constant for the majority of my preparation for the eventual crown work I got done. I needed to have "bite-turbo" placed on my molars to widen the gap between my upper and lower mandible which worked in coordination with orthodontic hooks which were cemented onto my teeth and orthodontic bands that would, over time, lengthen my teeth so that they were long enough to support my crowns when the time came. Daphne made sure every time I went into the clinic to take the time to grind down the old bite turbo material and replace it with new material. Any time that didn't happen, my grinding would immediately pop the new material off and I'd be back pretty much a day or so after my visit to get new material applied. Daphne recognized this early and did what she had to in order to make the bite turbo last between each bi-weekly checkup. I can't thank you enough, Daphne! My GF is IN LOVE with my new teeth! Dr. Sam Lee is a visionary and, without his expertise and attention to detail, none of this would have worked out the way it did. From Day 1, he made the process as easy as possible. He always kept me informed about what was needed from me in order for him to be able to do what was needed. He was friendly with me and empathetic toward me at all times. I always felt comfortable with him and his team members. He really went out of his way to make this experience both affordable and as pleasant as it could be. The design work he did for my crowns is nothing short of perfect. You'd have no idea I was wearing crowns unless you were a dentist. In the end, I'm looking at a smile that I haven't seen in years (honestly my smile has never looked this good). My self-confidence is back and things are only going to get better from here! Dr. Art Lyford... how do I even put this into words? He flew out here to San Diego from New Hampshire where he lives, dug his heals in with me and did the great majority of my crown work across a 72 hour gauntlet. We did 22 hours of time in the chair across those 3 days. He has such a wonderful personality and made me feel as comfortable as possible given the scenario. Getting this kind of work done isn't easy by any means but he stuck it out with me and his attention to detail never wavered, not even close. All the way down to the last tooth, he made sure the crowns were a perfect fit for me and will last me a lifetime. I really can't say enough about him. It felt like he was family to me and only wanted what was best for me. Thank you, Dr. Art, you've changed my life for the better. I'd recommend this practice to anyone looking for that "Hollywood Smile" and to be cared for by a world class team of dentistry professionals. You won't be disappointed!

(very knowledgeable and kind) Everything was very clearly explained and taken good care of. If you need braces, come here. You won't regret it! Now, my husband and I am with Dr.Lee's care. We felt that they are extremely professional, doing best care but don't do something that wasn't necessary which some place does. Dr. Lee, Dr. Grace, Dr.Bonnie and friendly staff, everybody is so amazing in this office. Our family feel very happy, fortunate and blessed to be under Dr. Lee's care.

I tried to reach Dr Zang and soon found out he moved to San Diego after getting my implant in his Anhiem office. Let me tell you about my nightmare. I went back and fourth driving taking my own time off of work. Using my own gas renting a car and also getting a room having faith that the doctor would fix my tooth. Instead the doctor took the broken implant and tried to raise up a broken implant now I didn't think about it at the moment until I went to see a real specialist. The implant was so infused in the bone I'm sure he messed up my jaw. Think of putting a nail in cement?? What happens when you pull out the nail? The cement ripples and breaks. The doctor soon put in an all metal Victoria bride which he made me pay for 340$ which I was so thrilled about having teeth in the front of my mouth that o didn't mind honestly it took forever for anyone to even get back to me. Then soon after I went home to vegas to find out that the tooth wasn't stable and after two weeks the implant completely fell off. After suffering and much wasted time and calling and calling the office no one cares to get back to me. Dr Zang finally after weeks (thank for I had my old flipper) and gums were missing under it so it looked so bad. Dr Zang wanted to finally give me the bridge I had asked for but I said I wanted a refund. After waiting and asking for 2000$ which is fair because the bridge was 2500$ and everything I had paid for with Zang was 1740$ plus I have this implant stuck in the front of my teeth and I have to pay more because of Dr Zang a crooked work. He sent me a check in the mail for 1600$ Not even a full refund! My best advice. Don't go to a cheap doctor go to an better one then this one. I'm so upset so much time and money has been wasted it was such a nightmare. This is such an injustice case. I can't believe how ripped off I got and this doctor didn't even pay for my expenses or pay to fix the damaged he has caused. Not only did I get ripped off with money but now I have a an implant in my front lower jaw and I had to shave down two perfectly healthy teeth to create a bridge so there wouldn't be a huge gap below just to fix a problem. PLEASE pay a little extra go to another doctor.

They tell new patients…read morethat the initial consultation and exam for the first visit is done at no charge, until the treatment they recommended is done with their office. However, this is not true They will still bill you and your insurance even after telling you that the first exam is at no charge. This is prominently advertised on their website in the top right corner, "FREE DENTAL EXAM". They bill your insurance months later, after the fact and get new patients in to them under the false guise that you are getting a free dental exam. Then you call their office and the people that you spoke to initially are now conveniently no longer employed there. Rip off artists all around!! FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!
