The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Some do not know policy. When I joined I was told I could pause my membership for any reason. This was important to me because I care For my grandchildren I'm another state once every 10 weeks for 2 Weeks. When I requested a pause I was told they don't do that. It did seem too good to be true that you could pause membership but I should not have been mislead. It is an adequate facility and I think they try to keep it up if they put a Little more effort into cleaning g locker rooms and trying staff I would give it 4 stars.

This is how 30-minute private lesson prices have rapidly increased: August 2024: $190 for six lessons. September 2024: $225 for six lessons. February 2025: $240 for six lessons. $80 an hour for kids swim lessons at a local, county run aquatics center? No thank you. Go to the Prince William Aquatics Center at Colgan High School. For the same price as one hour at Chinn you can get a full month of lessons at Colgan. It has better, newer facilities and happy staff.

There should be a clothing requirement as that is so unsanitary how she spreads her cheeks across that room and makes everyone leave. Members should not be subjected to this to use a OneLife gym. I've never experienced this at any other gym which is why i felt the need to write this. This gym could use better management and hours that are not so restricting giving the traffic in this area.

One of the biggest issues was at entry. The host of the party was not clearly informed that she would be required to pay for all party guests at once. She had assumed each guest could pay individually, so this came as a surprise at check-in. The manager on duty explained that while it wasn't a contract requirement, it was their preferred and "most efficient" way of handling party admissions and that they were asking all parties to do it that way that day. This created confusion and inconvenience, especially for parents who were not prepared for it. Food service was another letdown. Outside food wasn't allowed, which is understandable, but the available food options were very limited and not good quality. The pizza was especially disappointing, the crust tasted stale and had an unpleasant, almost frostbitten texture. I also ordered walking nachos, and they were made immediately but then left sitting while we waited for chicken tenders. By the time everything was ready, the chips were soggy and the toppings were cold. When I asked if they could remake them fresh, the staff began talking and laughing among themselves, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The park itself was not overly crowded, but there were several rules that didn't seem to make much sense and took away from the kids' enjoyment. The party host also mentioned she was not told the party area would include sand. This was frustrating, as it meant constantly rinsing sand off before going back into the pool area. I also noticed sand at the bottom of the pool, which wasn't very appealing. Overall, the park felt outdated and overpriced for what it offers. Between the confusing policies, underwhelming food, and lack of clear communication, I wouldn't make the drive to return. It has potential, but it definitely needs improvements in organization and upkeep.

Example: The 15 plus league had 4 teams for the 2018 fall season. They barely had enough to fill all 4 teams. Two teams had coaches on or close to board members for the league. These two teams pulled a "ringer" pitcher and had that pitcher play up for all their games, even when they had to bench some of their own girls. These two teams CRUSHED the other two teams who were having their team use their own girls as pitchers. (You know, the way it is supposed to work. Train girls to pitch. Build their skills.) The other two teams were often short on girls playing with 7 instead of 9. The two chosen teams with their expert pitcher (the same pitcher played on both teams) had no problem winning. It was COMPLETELY UNFAIR and worse, discouraged all the girls on the two teams that did not have the expert pitcher.
