The dentist did the shots and drilling and the final cementing, but otherwise it was I think a dental hygientist did everything else. Also, I felt like I was in Mexico as there was more spanish spoken than english. Also, there was a typical bait and switch. I had complete xrays taken and was told that I needed 2 crowns replaced. At the end of the replacement ( several weeks later), they took final xrays and low and behold, I know need another crown replaced. Why wasn't it seen in the first xray. One thing that they are really good at is reminding you when your next appointment is. I received at least one email, text and phone call every day prior to the procedure for about a week. I guess they really need the money.

I provided my insurance information when booking the appointment a day in advance and even canceled procedures at my current dentist to make the switch. The day of the appointment, while I was already in the chair at my other dentist, I got a call saying my insurance showed me as uninsured. I immediately called back, explained I'd just reinstated coverage, and asked them to re-verify with the carrier. I missed a follow-up call and returned it right away. After being transferred, I spoke with Diane in billing (who said she's the only one handling it). Despite the appointment being under two hours away and my repeated request for a quick re-verification, she was short, unhelpful, and refused to make the call. She simply canceled the appointment without offering to reschedule, apologize, or explore options even when I said I'd pay out-of-pocket if needed. This left me disappointed and frustrated. I was looking forward to building a relationship here, but the dismissive handling of a straightforward insurance issue made me feel unwelcome. After seeing similar complaints about billing, front-office communication, and customer service in other reviews, I'm not surprised. Advice for potential patients: Verify insurance coverage multiple times well in advance and be prepared for possible administrative hurdles. The clinical side might be solid, but the billing and scheduling processes need better training and responsiveness. I won't be rescheduling or recommending this practice.

They took X-Rays and had portions of their equipment in my mouth that were not protected by sanitary coverings which was surprising and gross. They barely examined my teeth and told me I needed a deep cleaning with a large fee that wasn't covered by insurance. The dentist also seemed mostly interested in upselling me on a new version of Invisalign.. I decided that this place wasn't for me and went to another dentist office. The new office told me a deep cleaning definitely wasn't needed but they wanted to look at my previous X-Rays to see about potential cavities... I contacted Cosmetic Dentistry of PB to email me the X-Rays and they told me there was a $50 fee for printing them out. I stated I didn't need them printed, just emailed and they said they would still charge me... This place seems like one of those overcharging rackets you sometimes hear about that take advantage of clients. I would stay away....
