** Exceptional Estate Planning Experience!**…read more For quite some time, I had been searching for an attorney to assist with my estate planning. Like many people, I had been hesitant to begin what seemed like an overwhelming process, but I had made a commitment to complete it by the end of the year. Attorney Tara David of Estate Law of Florida, P.A., was recommended by another attorney. After researching several firms and reading her outstanding reviews, I scheduled her complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation. From our very first conversation, I was impressed! Ms. David is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, patient, and reassuring. Although she offers virtual appointments, I chose to meet her in person at her Coconut Creek office. She listened attentively to every question, addressed my concerns with expertise, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her guidance. Her staff was equally outstanding! L'Oreal, her appointment manager, was incredibly organized, efficient, and responsive, ensuring that appointments, documents, and every detail were handled seamlessly. From preparing my estate planning documents, including my will, living will, durable power of attorney, and health care surrogate designation, to reviewing drafts and making requested revisions, the entire process was remarkably smooth and professional. Yesterday, I signed my final documents! What I had dreaded for so long was finally accomplished, and I cannot express the relief and peace of mind I now feel. **If you've been postponing your estate planning, as I had, I wholeheartedly encourage you to take that first step. I recommend Ms. David and her wonderful staff without hesitation!** Thank you, Ms. David and L'Oreal, for turning what I anticipated would be a stressful experience into such a positive one!

Walser & Herman requested the same letters from the other attorney and then charged us for them. They billed us and recapped the same letters and for the same information we already knew! We needed to feel protected and have things explained to us as this is out of our understanding. Instead we learned nothing and lost money. No care, no compassion and sadly no resolution. Most are any annoying drag and the process can sometimes take an excessive amount of time if the staff isn't experienced. I have to say, Alliant was, by far, one of the most professional and organized closings I've ever experienced. And it was pretty quick too! The entire transaction was handled superbly. Tim worked with us and he was awesome. He covered the gigantic pile of paperwork in a very efficient manner and he also took time to explain all of the little details. The staff that we dealt with prior to closing day was really helpful and on point as well. I would definitely recommend Alliant Title and Escrow if you are selling a property. We definitely plan to use them in the future.

Hi, My name is Dana Greenbaum. My husband Bruce & I hired…read moreBryan Kowal Attorney at Law to represent us in evicting our 36 year old son from our house. We allowed our son to live in our house in his own bedroom & bathroom rent free. Our son was being verbally & emotionally abusive towards us. We actually had to call the police twice. My hubby called Bryan who picked up the phone himself & he was so kind, warm, friendly, polite & had empathy. He sounded confident he could help us. We sent Bryan a full payment to handle evicting our son which was extremely difficult on us. We didn't want to do it but we were scared for our safety & health. My husband paid money & did paperwork at the main courthouse. Bryan charged us less since my hubby did some of the work himself. Our son was served by the Sheriff's Office with an eviction notice. Things got even worse at our house after that. Luckily our son agreed to move out immediately. We asked Bryan since our son moved out before we needed to move forward if he would be kind enough to send us our money back? Bryan said he doesn't usually give refunds. But in our particular case he would send us our money back. My husband & I highly recommend that you hire Bryan Kowal for any real estate needs. Bryan Kowal is a man of integrity.
