The delay is largely the trustee's fault, but Jodi was slow in her part of the process as well. Also, her communication style ranged from curt to rude. At one point, I told her I had suggested to my cousins (we were all beneficiaries of very small amounts) that they contact her to confirm receipt of their documents and she told me that she refused to be "inundated" with emails and would "NOT" respond. At most, she would have received 13 emails, surely a manageable task. There must be better choices in South Florida.
