Dr. Sachakov and Sakina gave me their full attention during the nearly 1.5-hour appointment. Whenever they needed to step out, they never left me waiting for long. The numbing/novocain was expertly done. I felt no pain during the appointment, but Dr. Sachakov managed to do that without over-numbing me, which I personally find really unpleasant. Both he and Sakina were painstaking and thorough throughout the appointment and asked me all along the way if I was doing okay or if I needed more numbing. Dr. Sachakov took over the practice of a beloved local dentist here--never an easy undertaking. In my mind, he and his staff provide as good or better care.

Dr. Josh Kleederman has a…read morebeautiful office and professional staff, but more importantly, he has state-of-the-art-equipment and is an expert with cosmetic dentistry. To some degree, all dental work is cosmetic. Specifically, if you need fillings, crown and bridge work, implants, veneers this is the place you want to be. I got a crown done by him about 20 years ago and it is still fabulous today. I know a lot of people who have had work done here and they are very happy with it. I used to work in the dental field and have expertise in this area. Trust me, he is the best restorative dentist in the Berkshire area and it's worth the trip to see him. The only complaint that one might have is that he is more expensive than the others (but he has more education in the area of restorative dentistry than a general dentist) and he can be a little "intense" and aggressive with your teeth, but he is constantly gauging how you are doing and gets the job done well and quickly. My husband is about to get his 4th crown and has one implant and it is has been a great experience. In his words, "He's very good and I've had no problems." One more thing - if you are having any cosmetic dentistry done this is the guy to go to. If you need a crown or filling in a front tooth, no one will be able to tell that it isn't your own tooth. He is a perfectionist with size, shape and color matching. I know a man who was referred to josh for complete crowning on his top teeth from canine to canine and he decided to go to his "regular dentist" who was less expensive. This person was in tears when the work was finished, because he looked like he had white "Chicklets" for teeth. They were unnaturally white and much too large for his mouth. I know someone who paid thousands of dollars for a bridge on his molars and needed it extracted a couple of years later, because it didn't fit properly and it decayed underneath. Don't let that happen to you! Invest in yourself and have no regrets.

After my first appointment they said they could not get me in for a month and a half (my last bottom dentures broke so I literally have zero teeth on the bottom of my mouth. Speaking and eating are difficult and I have sores from trying to eat on my gums). I ask several times to be put on the cancellation list. After two weeks of getting the run around I'm told they no longer work with their lab so the impressions they did on me are useless until they find a new lab. How long did they know this? They rarely answer the phone and when they actually do it is usually a woman who speaks/understands almost no English. Not judging and I am not racist in any way, but in order to be in a position working with the public you should be able to communicate with them. She often put me on hold and forgot about me or let me sit on the line for literally 20 minutes and then disconnected me. Beyond unprofessional. I would not even send my pets there.

When I called and made the appointment in early December, I told them the insurance I had and they verified that they accepted the insurance. I was pretty upset that I waited almost two months to get in, and then be told I couldn't, because of my insurance. Also I wanted to say, I called a couple of times because I had a tooth bothering me, the three times I called I got their answering service, told them the problem and they said they would give them the message, never did I EVER get a call back. I was told the only insurance they take is MA Health. Don't bother wasting your time going to a group of Dentists that don't care about your Dental health or staff that doesn't know what there saying. This is unprofessional and not someone I would trust my Dental care.
